We work on residential and commercial garage doors and openers. We can repair most openers that other companies would just replace! Some of the brands of openers we work on our Craftsman, Liftmaster, Genie, Overhead, and chamberlain. A few brands of doors we work on and sell are Clopay, Wayne Dalton and Amarr.

We are a family owned and operated garage door company. I started installing Garage door openers in 1995 then learned how to service and install doors. Our goal is to serve the Austin and surrounding area’s with honesty and integrity by giving you ALL the options and cost up front to put your door and opener back to 100% and then letting you decide which option is best for you. NO pressured sales we are here to inform you and complete the task you chose.

Today, AACTION OVERHEAD DOORS came out to fix my garage door and within 15 minutes, he changed the circuitboard, fixed the wiring and all is new again. These guys are AWESOME!!!
These guys are awesome! I had a guy from overhead garage doors of Dripping Springs come out last year and they said the unit in one of my doors needed to be replaced and charged almost $ 500. All it needed was a circuitboard. The next day, it didn’t even work because the guy messed up the wiring — I called him back out and he charged me another $ 40 to fix his previous mistake.
If you live in Dripping Springs, do not use the company out here — USE AACTION OVERHEAD DOORS (512−218−0494) — They are incredible and went out of the way to program my vehicle and offer additional remotes if needed.
Cannot say enough good about AACTION OVERHEAD DOORS!!!

We had to order our garage door and Ashley was super great and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, their prices were much better than the other three companies that I called. On installation day, Marshall, our installer, called to let me know that he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He removed our existing door and installed our new garage door in just a few hours. It looks great and sounds great. It is much quieter than our older door. We are very pleased with our service and we will recommend our neighbors use this company!

We purchased a garage door and opener from Aaction Overhead Door in 2009 and over the years have called them a couple of times to make some minor adjustments. We’ve always had a great experience with them! Today, Brian came out to install a brace and adjust the springs. He was friendly, extremely informative and very professional. My husband had some questions about the opener and Brian took the time to thoroughly check the issue and resolve the problem. Aaction will definitely be the company we’ll call for all of our garage door needs! Two thumbs up and highly recommended!

My garage door wouldn’t open over the weekend. I left a message on AActions answering machine and they called promptly on Monday morning. Brian arrived same day within the window of time I was given, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options for the repair as well as some options for preventative maintenance. The repair was done within an hour. High marks from me!

We used the services of Aaction to repair our older broken Genie garage door opener. The technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He not only repaired the opener, but instructed us in proper maintenance of the machinery. We will use this company again for any garage door repairs.

My boyfriend and I utilized their services for a circuit board receive for the garage door motor. The Genie Company had sent us the wrong part so we drove out to their business and spoke to the owner Brian. He was able to obtain the correct part for us. He is friendly, efficient, and MOST knowledgable. I will work with his company in all future endeavors vs. The Genie Company, whenever possible!

I purchased a garage door opener from Home Depot and asked to have it installed too. They contracted AAction to do the garage door installation.
The tech that came out, Neal, got everything installed and working (for the first few opens and closes), and then the door opener stopped working. Apparently it was a broken logic board (on a brand new unit too). He called his office which then got in contact with Home Depot to fix the problem and then Neal contacted the manufacturer to let them know what was going on.
In the end, a new logic board was sent to me and AAction came back and put the board in. They kept assuring me that they would get everything taken care of and they most definitely did.
I would recommend them for all your garage door needs!

We live in Sun City Georgetown, TX. Aaction repaired the garage door opener on my recent purchase of an older home. My remote garage door openers were functioning erratically… leaving my wife to manually open the garage door in the rain a couple of times.
They effectively diagnosed the problem, replaced the opener electronic panel, and solved my problem. They also inspected the doors, pointed our the roller damage that was causing my door to bind, and made that repair also.
I was totally satisfied with their service, price, and explanations. I would highly recommend them to others needing garage door repairs.

We had them install a Genie garage door in January 2013, and it worked for about 9 months. It started going downhill with random noises and disconnects, all of which were related to the installation, not the opener mechanism itself… and they got worse over the course of about 6 months, until finally, it went BOOM and just stopped working altogether.
My husband called them to ask for help and they referred us to Genie’s warranty department — which does us no good because (1) we don’t have our original receipt and (2) the problem is with the way the opener was installed, not the machine itself. Aaction offered us no discount to come out and fix it – which amazes me. Why would we pay them their regular rate — again — to come out and look at fixing something that they installed poorly to begin with?!? I’d much rather give that money to a company that hasn’t already screwed it up.
Overall, kind of a crappy experience — which is disappointing, because so many other customers seem to be happy with their work.

Tuesday night at home and my garage door spring busts. Called Aaction and they come on Weds. Mr Aaction came early and did a first rate job repairing the spring, also noted that I had a cracked hinge. He was out of them in his truck but he showed me how to repair if I went to hardware store to get the part (which saved me about $ 10 likely). So I called one of their competitors to do a price check and the other company quoted me $ 60 more than what Aaction wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with these guys and I will definately use them again.

These guys bailed me out today in a big way. My garage door broke today and my car was trapped in there because I could not get the door to budge (broken cables and spring). I called a company I had used a couple of years ago from a coupon, and they told me they would be out by 2pm. At 3, they called to tell me they weren’t coming, so I called AAction. They were there within about an hour and fixed everything. The door works great now. The tech John was really nice, and even programmed a couple of remotes for the garage door that I had not been able to get programmed due to my non-​techie tendencies. I will definitely use them again.
