This means that the parts being installed on your vehicle are equivalent to what came on your car when new. Many car manufacturers outsource their auto part production to other trusted companies that sell the same exact part just without the makers logo. Using OEM or original parts (in some cases) allows us to perform a dealer equivalent repair at sometimes half the cost while still maintaining your vehicles performance and reliability to like new.

Alex Auto Inc has operated in the Atlanta area since 1996. We are a family owned business and have been providing honest, quality service for over 15 years and we strive to maintain a personal touch with all of our clients.

Alex Sr, the founder of Alex Auto Inc, was integral in the success of growing the company and running a professional and all inclusive auto repair facility. Early in 2011, Alex Jr. took over the business and continues to provide the same quality service the repair shop is known for.

Alex Automotive is a Mercedes repair and used Mercedes dealer with whom I have done business since 2000. My last experience is particularly worth noting in a very positive 15 year relationship. My son’s ’04 C 320’s battery died. He called me. I called Alex, ordered a battery to take to my son’s college and install.
When I picked up the battery at Alex, Brian, a long time staffer, ushered me to the service area and gave me a tutorial using a C class in the shop, on how to change the battery, how to remove the air cleaner cover, and that I’d need a 10 mm and 13 mm socket wrench. He even told me «negative pole off 1st, negative on first», then gave me a rag to cover the positive pole and reminded me to «keep the keys far from the ignition». The «battery project» at my son’s dorm went off flawlessly and my son thinks I am brilliant! THAT is unsurpassed customer service. Nobody’s better

Great company, friendly customer service, very knowledgeable…
I used Alex Auto because my check engine light was on due to a EVAP error. Talk about customer service… I spoke directly with Alex several times and he took the time to answer every question in detail and share his thoughts regarding the typical problems that cause this error code and the worst-​case scenario problems. After diagnosing the issue, he called me immediately to see how I wanted to proceed. Also, his quote was within a few bucks of the final bill. He even coordinated with me to drop my car off after hours and have my wife pick it up the next day. Overall, this was a great experience and I will use them for any auto repair needs in the future.
oh yea, he even called a few days later to make sure my check engine light was off and I wasn’t having any issues.

I have a 2009 Conv Bring Your Wallet or referred to others as BMW. 2 years ago I joined a local BMW Fb group where I learned many aspects about my vehicle. Some DYI, some CYA, the fact that a lot of our models historically have the same failures. Most importantly I was referred to Alex at Alex Auto. Patronizing Alex over the past two years has been very informative regarding vehicle knowledge and a relief to my wallet compared to the BMW stealerships. I’d recommend Alex to anyone who would listen.

What can I say that others haven’t? Hm… how about we drive the same car: E39 M5’s. That’s how I found Alex: via his car and helpful advice on the M5Board both to me and other enthusiasts around the country. When I learned his shop wasn’t too far away (at the time the Buford location) I knew I had to pay him a visit.
As most everyone has said, it’s very hard to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair mechanic. Being this was my first BMW and moreover, my dream car, I was nervous about leaving it in a strangers possession given my past experience with other shops. Alex assured me my car would be fine and showed me his M5 and the meticulous car he showed it (and his other cars). And here we are, several years later and I’m still a loyal customer. My car goes in for the usual maintenance and comes back with no surprises. I’ve added my wife’s Chrysler Pacifica.
And let me not forget John! I’ve never had a moment where the two of them aren’t there being cheerful and energetic! Great team. Love those guys and will continue bringing them my business no matter where they move. Seriously, his new shop is so far outta the way for me, but I don’t care! Alex is that good and the service is worth it!

I’ve been taking my BMW M5 to Alex Auto for years and their new location and facility is even better than the previous.
It’s always been difficult for me to find a trustworthy service center that isn’t going to take advantage of the customer, recommend unnecessary services, or misdiagnose problems. Servicing a luxury sports car can be very complicated and expensive. Trust me, I’ve wasted a lot of money at dealerships and other car service centers.
After coming to Alex Auto I have not needed to worry about any of these issues. I can drop my car off and have a peace of mind that it will be serviced correctly and better than dealership standards.
Alex and his staff are friendly, knowledgable, experienced, and very competitively priced. They go above and beyond to make sure I leave completely satisfied with the extraordinary service they’ve provided. The best part is they are personable and put themselves in the customers position when making recommendations.
I’ve recommended many people to come here for their service and will continue.
