Fast and responsive service. Was very happy! I just replaced my carpet in my house in March. In November my German Shepherd decided he could dig his way into a closed door. Nick replaced the part that was damaged and you can’t even tell! I am so happy!!!

I called N & N Carpet to see if they could repair the carpet damaged by 3 permanent ink stains caused by a Sharpie pen. The tenant had the carpet cleaned but the 3 black spots remained. As the landlord, I wanted the damaged carpet fixed because the spots were right in the main entry way and very visible. When I spoke with Nicolaus and sent him the pictures of the damage, he quoted me $ 125 to patch the carpet. He planned on cutting out the black spots and replacing it with carpet from the corner in the closet. When he arrived, he was able to use a solvent to actually remove the PERMANENT black spots. I was amazed he was able to completely remove the black ink. It was great and he did not have to patch the carpet. Also he only charged me $ 60 since he did not have to cut the carpet. It was great doing business with him and I would definitely use him again.
I typically do not write reviews online, but I thought this business deserved a write up. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

We were in desperate need of carpet repair when the dog ripped up a 3×5′ section in the bedroom, and we are trying to sell our house! Nick came in, took the carpet from the closet, replaced the damaged area and put in the new carpet, all within just a couple of hours, and then steam cleaned his way out the door! Great guy that really knows what hes doing! Thanks so much Nick!

Months ago when my parents were moving into their new house and they decided to leave our Maltese in the guest bedroom while they went back to the old house to get more boxes. Well obviously a bad idea… our dog tried to dig himself out and in doing so ruined the brand new carpet. For months they had just placed hard plastic over so they wouldn’t step on the little nails. I couldn’t take it anymore. So yesterday I checked Unilocal and found a few people that do carpet repairs. Out of four people Nick gave me the lowest estimate. At first I was a little hesitant, because he sounded very young over the phone. But he has good reviews so I talked to my dad and we decided to go with Nick. I called him today and left a message. He called me back within the hour and he was able to do the job the same day, which was great since we have guest coming in tonight. Luckily he also had some extra carpet left over from another job that actually matched ours pretty well. He used it to patch up the donor piece he took from the closet. He was a very sweet and well mannered young man and he definitely knew what he was doing. It was also a relief that he didn’t try to raise the price on me, he stuck to the quote he had given me on the phone. He was on time, very professional, and knowledgable. I 100% recommend him and I will save his info for future carpet jobs as well.

My wife called N & N Carpet to get our carpet repaired. We could feel the tack strips through the carpet by our kitchen. She was given an estimate over the phone. N & N was able to repair our carpet the next day. The carpet was repaired quickly and at the price we were quoted. I would highly recommend N & N if you need your carpet repaired.

Made multiple calls around town to find someone to repair some pet damage to my carpet. Called and talked to Nick and was able to get an appointment the next day. Great experience, he gave me a rough esitmate over the phone (which was a much better price than a lot of other people) and stuck to the quoted price at completion of the job. He patched the rug and if you didn’t know it had been patched you wouldn’t be able to tell at all. Looks great and will use their services for any futher damage or carpet cleaning that’s needed. Highly recommend.

I used N & N for a recent carpet repair. We had 9 – 10 small holes caused by our dogs over the last 2 years. The team at N & N was easy to communicate with, and available on a Sunday afternoon to come by and perform the job. They made it look simple, and were professional throughout the entire process.
