If you want a realtor that will move mountains to make the deal happen, then this is the team for you. I had a very difficult customer when trying to buy her home and Steve and Heather worked very hard to make the deal close smoothly.

Steve and Heather are beyond the best! They are professional, knowledgable, and ethical to the max! Heather is the queen of marketing and communications. What you expect from a real estate agent?
1, Diligence! Whenever we ask something, Steve/​heather replied faster than we expected! Honestly that’s all you need: faster than you expected! I love open houses and we always go by ourselves because we are not in an urgent need of purchasing. However if we see something, we ask Steve for a comp. I know how other agents do comps. they pull up listings from MLS with possibly manipulate and give us a number. How Steve does a comp? Here is the difference! He drives out there to be on site have a look by himself within same day and then gives us the most honest opinion such as… oh I don’t like that unpaved road, oh it is so far out there… oh there is a bridge between the master and the guest and some people don’t like it because they concern their young children will fall and are you ok with that? he is NOT rushing you to a quick sale at all. He reminds you all the possible negatives and then he gives you a number he thinks after his on site investigation! We love that!
2, Professional: he and Heather are very professional and experienced! We misunderstood the counter offer and gets into a grumpy mood because we have accepted it. They explained it right away (it was 10pm in the night) and now we can go to bed without a messy mood! Every step there are questions and concerns. And I noticed there is no such word as «impatient» in their dictionary. They are on it right away with accurate information. For things they don’t know such as who owns that ditch water? They will find out for you! They will call PCWA, they will call the county… You just sit relax and wait for the news:) Back to the due diligence part again!
3, Fiduciary duty: as mentioned in point one the way they gives opinion about a subject wins trust. I feel our interest is in good hand and is guarded! As buyer agent, they seek all answers to all of our questions which made us remove contingency without second thought. It was not an easy deal… the house needs some repairs and seller is selling as is… Steve and Heather are super efficient on check off our each and every concerns one by one!
4, customer service and personal care: above and beyond you expected. For example, we ordered well inspection– the standard one. We were both at work so Steve went there to provide access. End of the day, we learnt he paid from his own pocket for additional metal test for us because he thinks it is important to make sure the water is good! He did this without asking us! We are very impressed! I don’t want to mention too much this kind of kindness because I don’t want every buyer from now on expecting Steve pays for your well inspection lol… But trust me, you find Steve and Heather, you are in good hand!
5, in biz-​relationship: Steve and Heather comfort us, support us and guide us to make decisions with least amount of emotion and 一maximum amount of reasoning! I believe seller agent should really appreciate what Steve and Heather did for crisis management to avoid issues get into a deeper and larger extent! The seller agent should thank Steve and Heather for their excellent crisis control skills.
6, personality: Steve is patient, warm and friendly. Very easy to go with, and he seems has «ultimate» patience no matter how bad the situation is… which we appreciate because he calms us down. Heather is vivid, lovely and passionate! They are perfect team!
We’ve tried multiple real estate agents. Honestly, the differences between agents are like from a highway motel to a four season resort and there are many layers in between. Steve and Heather, a great team, they are not only doing real estate business, buying/​selling houses for you, they are mastering it as a type of art!

And Heather! Heather did the photography of our home, which we were in the process of packing in an extreme rush. We had boxes and stuff EVERYWHERE, but she was patient and creative while we pushed stuff around throughout the shoot. In the end, the pictures looked amazing, and honestly, this is what made the difference between ours and similar houses on the market. You just don’t see home photography like Heather’s outside of trade publications, her passion in the industry in unmatched.
All in all, I wish I were buying and selling more homes as it would give us more opportunity to work with these guys. Thanks Heather and Steve!

Wow! Had to jump on here and highlight what an amazing job Steve and Heather Ostrom did selling our home. We emailed the Ostroms 31 days ago looking for a realtor to help us sell our home quickly! One of the best things about working with Heather is that she is accessible. Phone calls, e-​mails and text messages are answered promptly. Oftentimes I would send an e-​mail late at night expecting an answer the next day and be surprised to see a reply just minutes later.
On top of being accessible, Heather is both knowledgeable and ethical. As our house hunt progressed, both the house we were looking for and the local market evolved. Heather was able to guide us in the process of narrowing down what we were looking for while also leveraging the changing market in our favor. Throughout the process Heather remained ethical and professional.
The house we purchased was a short sale. We learned quickly that when dealing with short sales, persistence is key. Luckily for us, persistence and experience with short sales are two more of Heather’s strong points. Steve and Heather are THE BEST!
We contacted them in April to sell our home, it went on the market on a Thursday in May, we had several offers by Monday, and within a month it was sold. They made the process as easy and hassle-​free as possible.
Not only did Heather take amazing photos of the house and write a beautiful description of it, but both she and Steve were available practically ²⁴⁄₇ to answer questions and allay concerns.

Heather and Steve are rock stars in our Diva world. Often when we submit requests for real estate services in different states we have a really tough time finding someone who is going to compliment our clients and our style of service.
