Established in 2008.

After spending over 9 years working for a Fortune 500 Company in the areas of Sales and Marketing, I decided it was time to do something I’ve always wanted to do. I brought my positive attitude and experience in providing corporate customers satisfying products and experiences to the real estate industry. It has been more enjoyable and exciting than I even imagined. We are helping clients both new and vastly experienced find the homes and properties they desire as well as successfully maneuver through the entire sales/​purchase process!

My extensive corporate training in negotiations, contract development and problem solving continue to serve me well in Real Estate. This market has many Short Sales in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay & surrounding communities. Having navigated the cooperate environment for so long gives us a tremendous advantage in negotiating with mortgage servicers on underwater loans. We successfully negotiated 2 dozen Short Sales in 6 months.
