Cole’s Palette serves up sweet and savory waffles. From chicken n’ waffles to crab cakes to toasted pecans, we have a waffle to satisfy your appetite and tickle your sweet tooth. If you’re craving dessert, you’ll love our Red Velvet Waffle. If you’re in for a full meal, you can pair a savory waffle with our crab cakes, or go for the classic favorite Chicken n’ Waffles. Whatever you try, we hope you enjoy your experience as much as we enjoy serving you!

History

Established in 2010.

It wasn’t until Cole began working as an Enterprise Technology Salesman that he realized this love for food and interacting with people went hand-​in-​hand. He used his love of food to help him close countless deals, persuading clients as they dined in new restaurants and ate delicious food. Cole’s Palette started as a food truck unlike any other, providing a gourmet lunch experience featuring Cole’s «Sweet and Savory Waffle’s». More recently, Cole has decided to keep the Food Truck in one location so you can find him any day you’d like, and he’s staying open later so you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Food has always played a major role in Cole’s life. It was in his mom’s kitchen in Cleveland, OH, where he first developed his passion for cooking. He enjoyed watching her cook, emulating her techniques, and helping her with different recipes. Growing up, Cole worked in a restaurant where he gained exposure to different types and ways to prepare foods. As a student at Cleveland State, he continued his «hobby» of cooking while pursuing a double major in Business and Communications. Cole began traveling across the U.S. and internationally, visiting restaurants and studying the different combinations of flavor and the presentation of food.
