Wet Paint Auto Detailing

Dustin is THE MAN! Being new to Roseville, I first found him on Unilocal back in Oct of 2014. He has been detailing my Porsche ever since. Each time, he impresses me more than the previous. He is always on time, professional, and gets the best results imaginable. My car is always a «Show-​Stopper» when he’s done with it. I won’t let anyone else touch my car!

I contacted Dustin via email and asked about fixing the oxidized paint on my truck. He explained that depending on how bad the paint was he may not be able to make it look better. He requested some pictures and got right back to me. Unfortunately my paint job was beyond repair. I was impressed with his honesty about not being able to make it look significantly better. Some people with less integrity would have taken my money and promised it could have looked better.

Dustin swung by my house this morning to detail my horrifically swirled Dodge Dart with his «mirror finish paint polishing» package. I have to say my car looks like I just drove it off the lot again! He was great to work with, timely and did a fantastic job on my car. He was flexible and accommodating of time constraints with my schedule. After meeting him and talking only briefly, I knew he was a knowledgable, trustworthy guy so I left him to his own to do his thing without concern.
Now if only he would come back to wipe all the drool I left all over my perfectly polished car!

I went searching for car detailers on Unilocal and finally decided to go with Wet Paint. I searched many businesses’ web sites and what they offer for what they charge, their location, etc. Dustin is mobile, but his website offered an available drop off location which was important to me. I live in an apartment complex and do not have room to accommodate a mobile detailing service, so I was happy that I was able to take my car to Dustin in Rocklin.
I asked for a inside and outside detail since I am getting ready to sell my 2008 Mazda 3. He was realistic in letting me know what he would be able to accomplish and what things that would never return to perfect (mainly stains on my cloth seats). Dustin’s price seemed very fair and for how great my car looks it was definitely worth it! He even pressure washed my engine so my car looks great with the hood popped. Upon completion, he showed me areas he was not able to perfect. I didn’t mind the imperfections one bit; my car is 8 years old so I understand it’s inevitably going to show some wear and tear. That being said, what Dustin was able to do to improve her was nothing short of miraculous!
I initially contacted Wet Paint via email and we spoke over the phone to make the appointment. If Dustin doesn’t pick up, it’s probably because he is hard at work detailing a car. When my car was almost ready to be picked up, Dustin text messaged me pictures of her so I knew she was ready. I couldn’t believe how clean my car looked! I’ve been driving around in my recently detailed car and she looks so great I’m considering keeping her!
I would not hesitate to have Dustin detail my new car, whenever I get it :) Very highly recommend! Detailing isn’t just for new or fancy cars. If you’ve had a hard working car for many years, why not get it detailed let it feel new again?

Dustin is a very hard working guy! My Honda Fit had overspray left over from a bad automotive shop. He tirelessly worked in the hot weather to get my Honda looking brand new again. He uses the best compounds and tools and MOST IMPORTANTLY knows what he is doing. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He has a professional van that he works out of that has all the needed materials and tools. VERY legit guy! He also is good at texting, so feel free to text rather than call him — seems to be the way of the future. :)

Dustin at Wet Paint Auto Detailing did an incredible job detailing my 15-​year old truck before selling it. I’d barely ever washed or waxed my truck, and it had never been detailed before. He did multiple passes with clay bar, a 3-​stage polish application, and who knows what else to restore the finish to looking brand new! He did mention that the results wouldn’t have been as good with any color but white. I don’t recommend neglecting your vehicle like I did, but it’s nice to know how extremely talented Dustin is! The next day I took my truck to the Sierra Auto Fair (per his recommendation!), and as I drove in people were flocking to my truck as if it were a rare collectible! I ended up selling it in minutes, with the comment that «you rarely see trucks like this in such great condition!». I’ll be coming back to Dustin with my new truck – this time sooner than later!

Had a wonderful experience with Wet Paint Auto Detailing. We had them come to our home to detail my car and my mom’s car. The detailer did a fantastic job. Very friendly and I was so pleased with the results. I would absolutely call Wet Paint again!

I needed my car detailed and a friend had recommended Dustin at wet paint (she will only let him detail her and her husbands vehicles) so I gave him a call. He had great customer service and I knew right away that he was the right choice. He even came to our home to work on our cars! He went above and beyond a car detail. Literally everything looked PERFECT! Since then I have also recommended him to everyone I know. His work is perfection and he clearly takes pride in what he does. I won’t call anyone else for a detail!

I have a Porsche cayenne turbo that need some help, paint starting to oxidize in a few areas. Dustin not only took my care back to better than showroom shine but was also very professional. Dustin did an amazing job inside and out on my BMW. I would highly recommend his services. He was able to make my Beamer look several years younger and practically erase any signs of a deteriorating clear coat. I am planning on having him do the clear coat on my other car. Check out the picture of the dark green BMW trunk and you can see the night and day difference. Well worth it!
