First time for an Audi and the first time to lease one. Mr. David Le made everything very easy. He was very respectful of our time and the decision we made. Mr. Le was constantly assuring me that I could call him anytime for support on the numerous features of the A4. As for the product, I am certainly enjoying the German technology and all the bells and whistles that come with it. I am very confident this dealership will give me an even better deal the next time around. What I appreciate mostly at Walter’s Audi is the time it took from selecting the car, to driving it home. Shoe shopping usually takes twice the time, even if it is online. Well done Mr. Le.

I took my Audi in for my first service. Alex helped me. Well he and his sweater vest did. He was very professional, funny, and personable. He arranged for a courtesy car to take me and a friend to the mall so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership. It was a very good experience and will be bringing my car back again for the service.

I was able to get in and out within an hour and a half of a service maintenance. Thank you Stacey and Ron for making it happen. Great customer service across the board!

Had the pleasure of working with Syed Ali this evening to negotiate a two car deal. It was a pleasant experience and he seemed very ethical. We were unable to finalize the deal due to the manager not offering the trade in amount I wanted until I walked out. The hour was late and I will return to purchase from Syed and I encourage others to ask for Syed to purchase your next vehicle too.

Took my car in to Walters and I was treated on arrival. I was attended with great care and was situated fast. Great service form Alex Ortiz.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Walters Audi. I have never met a more dishonest and unprofessional dealer in my life. Unfortunately with uneducated management who work in unethical manners and completely lack good moral character, I am sad to say I will never again deal or recommend Walters Audi to anyone.
So I called the fleet manager «Brett McKinley» over the phone to discuss leasing a new Audi. I explained to him that my girl friend just leased the exact same car from Rusnak Audi for a certain price and asked him if he would honor the same price. I considered Walters because my father lived close by and I wanted him to come with me. He asked me to send him a copy of my girl friends lease agreement contact and after reviewing the contract with his supervising manager «Dana Clayton» he stated that he would promise to honor the same deal. So I made an appointment and went to get the car. Unfortunately, Brett and his supervising manager turned out to be liars. After wasting my valuable time, they could not make the deal even though they had the same exact car with the same MSRP as the one my girl friend got. You can only imagine how frustrated one would get. The next day I drove to Rusnak Audi in Pasadena, they were extremely professional and we’re happy to honor the same lease my girl friend got. I am so happy I went with Rusnak.
Overall I am absolutely disgusted with Walters Audi’s employed management «Dana Clayton» «Greg Sexton» «Brett McKinley». A true professional and gentleman would never jerk around customers making promises they never intend on keeping.
If anyone is interested in leasing or purchasing a Audi stay away from Walters and go to Rusnak Audi in Pasadena. Their prices are much much cheaper and offer exceptional service. Unlike Walters Audi, Rusnak actually works ethically and has integrity.

Sorry Todd, sold the Audi and bought a currently flawless 2015 Corvette Stingray in June 2015.

I am so glad I have stuck with Walter’s Audi and have trusted them to the end. Having gone through some minor hassles, all my problems and issues have been resolved in timely and extremely easy manner.
I think my next car will be bought from them. I used to trust Penske Audi West Covina, but having dealt with Walter’s people, they are my choice for life.
Now, my son is very happy with his new RS5. I am happy with spending exactly what I had planned and receiving superior service. Thanks, guys!

I am disappointed in Walter’s service department. I took my car in for an oil change and and was told I needed thousands of dollars in repairs!
After getting a second opinion, I only had to spend $ 91 to have a repair.
Shame on you, service department. Have some integrity. Please don’t bother responding with your canned answer. People will see right through it.
They must need more revenue to finish their new project alongside the 91 freeway, is all I can say.

I just had some work done on my 2012 Audi S5 at Walters. They went over and above to help me with my car. Alex Ortiz was amazing with his information and with the assistance with my car. I will be bringing my car here from now on for service and all other things. Thank you Walters.

I brought my Audi in for routine service. Ron Frasier was great! He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything that was done. He went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service and even made sure my car was clean!

I had a great purchase experience with Walter’s Audi. I bought new Audi TTS and it was such a pleasure having a chance to work with Todd Bellis. He was very gentle and professional, and helped me out to buy the vehicle in great deal. All processes were quite smooth and he was absolutely helpful to deal with any issues. Brought my 2014 S5 to Walter’s Audi for Service Due reminder reset. Both service consultants Ron Frasier and Alex Ortiz took care of my car. They were cheerful, honest and very professional. The job was done on-​time.
I am very happy with the services and the staff at Walter’s Audi, especially with Ron and Alex.

I contacted them regarding a CPO vehicle and stated my pricing and financing parameters. The salesman agreed, used the phrase «looks like we have a deal» in a confirmation email, and requested I come down to test drive and purchase. During the 24 hours from his agreement, I was contacted by a GM at dealership who then reneged on deal. Basically, I was capturing too much surplus and they couldn’t stand for it.
After expressing my considerable frustration with the dealer — they called roughly once an hour for a day straight, ran my credit report twice for some reason, etc. — I was told they would honor the original deal, but not their CPO terms now. I contacted them today to discuss and discovered they sold the car.
So yeah, if you want to get jerked around, this is certainly the dealership for you. With 13 Audi dealers in 100 miles, you’d think they’d be less concerned with getting an extra $ 900 dollars then forging a relationship.
***Edited to give two stars because the initial salesmen owned his mistake, but clearly wasn’t calling the shots. Still not a pleasant experience at all***

Now I could be a negative Nancy but I am a firm believer that no one is perfect! The true character of person/​business is when crap hits the fan– how can you make things right.
Long story short
I am proud new owner of brand new S3, purchased it from Brett, Brett your good guy! Got me a great deal. Got the car I exactly wanted, with all the features and color, I couldn’t be more happier man (: .
Received it on the night time, didn’t notice a minor scratch on passenger door– me not to happy) :
Called Brett next morning,
Brett– «Bring it over, will take care of it»
Me– «Ok Cool»
They had it for a couple days cuz they needed to take to a pro.
Now I can easily be P.O. but like I said earlier, its how you make things right that makes a difference. Received my car within a couple days and happy to say it looks like new.
The dealer was nice enough to give me a loaner. It was A4 which is boring compared to the S3 but it just made me value my baby even more.
PS. Stacey in service is the best… so glad that she’s my service advisor :)

Update: Thanks for the reply Greg S, or David Ranciglio, or whoever you are, but to have told us that we need new rotors when clearly the rotors are fine is extremely troubling. The rotors do not produce any vibration at all during breaking, and the Jerl’s mechanic verified that the thickness is well within specification during his checks. By the way, I’m a Lockheed/​Martin engineer so I do have some knowledge of vehicle maintenance. It’s my opinion that something is fishy in your shop… very fishy indeed.
You’ve lost our patronage forever, I can only hope that others take my Unilocal into consideration when deciding who to trust for their Audi maintenance needs… Porsche and Mercedes owners too.
Oh yes… you’ve «repaired» our center console twice, and failed to do it correctly both times. I finally had to fix it myself.

Audi may be the hot new German luxury brand these days — but there is absolutely no reason to be paying outrageous, dealer premium mark-​ups on them. My girlfriend and I test-​drove a used, non-​CPO 2012 A5 Cabriolet and Walter’s Audi was unwilling to meet her goal of keeping her payment and terms at a reasonable level. Sales closer Angel was putting high pressure on her to come-​up with 125% MORE of her steep, $ 10,000 down payment already. They simply refused to make any financing concessions or discount the car, despite being priced well over Kelley Blue Book value. After 3 hours of going back and forth, my frazzled girlfriend walked-​away, while the entire sales and management staff literally chased after us, trying to salvage the sale. We wasted our time and the expense of going 70 miles out of our way.
Obviously, they are used to seeing lots of affluent marks handily pay their exorbitant asking prices. Since we did all of our homework — we simply don’t pay more than we should. I owned many Audi cars in the past (i.e: 2002 Audi Allroad quattro, 2004 Audi S4), and realize there is no need to be spending close to Jaguar prices for a re-​badged, Volkswagen Automotive Group (VAG) car.
My girlfriend finally found her convertible with a far more exhilarating, 2012 BMW 135i… purchased painlessly, and ALL on her terms. As the old saying goes — everything’s possible. However, it just didn’t happen here…

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with Walter’s Audi in case anyone is looking for a great dealer to buy a car. We just bought our second Audi from Walter’s and have not one negative thing to say about every person we have dealt with. John, who helped us with our first purchase almost 2 years ago and Brett who helped us with our most recent, conducted themselves professionally in every way. Even though we have been dealing with an ongoing issue with our A4, we cannot find any issues with the service department. Stacy is always welcoming and Brian is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. David, the service manager, exudes integrity and honesty. The place is always immaculate and if you have to wait the waiting area is super comfortable. You could easily spend the whole day there!
My wife and I are looking forward to a long relationship with Walter’s Audi. Thank you to everyone for creating an excellent customer experience. We love our Audi’s and our dealer. Do yourself a favor and go here to buy your next car.

I live in OC and Jan of 2013 this is the only place I could find a used white A4 with low miles and reasonably priced. Even though it’s only 40 miles those miles are down that hell hole of a 91 fwy the whole reason I moved out of the IE. But I made the trip to check it out. I got a new sales guy to that dealership named Jose. I had some issues with my credit and my DL Jose didn’t make that an issue what so ever. He treated me like I deserved to be in that car and he was going to make it mine. Well needless to say he did and Jose was awesome. I was at a BMW dealer earlier that day in Santa Ana and that guy was pushy and did everything wrong including insulting me. Not to mention he looked irritated to even help. Jose was none of those things.
Fast forward to Sept of this year well ok actually Jan I got the itch to trade in Christian (white A4) I looked and looked nothing caught my eye. Well finally in Sept I decided to pull the trigger I saw again another great deal on a newer A4 and silver this time. So I emailed and corresponded with David. Of course after having many cars over the years I figured Jose was gone since dealers trade out sales guys like yesterday’s news. So I didn’t even ask. David was great totally took his time with me not pushy what’s so ever. It’s like they are family. You can tell when a company takes care of its employees it’s a great environment to be in. David shared he had been there for 6 years which to me is unheard of. He also told me Jose was still there just now in financing. Which I got to spend some quality time with him catching up.
Btw I did do the taboo of trading in my old car to the dealer. I went to carmax earlier that day and when it came time for the numbers Walters was only a few cents off from carmax. I told David and he matched it. Defiantly wasn’t expecting that. So all round for me it was much more than I expected.
This place is awesome hands down by far. Granted it took me almost an hour and half to get there that day because of an accident. Coming from trucks and compact cars defiantly nothing of this luxury caliber I never felt out of place, looked down on or pushed into anything. They have a life long customer in me thanks to Jose, David and Walter for having some awesome customer service standards.

Service was good! We were greeted the moment we stepped in … We met Krista Kraynak our saleswoman… She was super nice n detailed n knew her stuff! We were just window shopping around for an Audi Q7. No intentions to buy yet. And she didn’t pressure us at all, usually u meet aggressive salesmen n it’s annoying when they do that…
We test drove the Q7 n it was great, interior n exterior. She knew her stuff. Inside the Audi building they had cold water to offer us n snacks. The TV was playing twilight. Bonus!
Anyways our overall experience was awesome!
