By far the best service I’ve ever had dealing with any of my cars. I was in and out with a loaner car in 10 min at most for my service check up on es 350. Than to top it off when I picked up my car later that day they cleaned it and filled up my gas tank they deserve more than 5 stars and I’m a business owner who know good service when received

Although at times Unilocal can be a circus of fools, in this case, the 4.5 star aggregate rating for Lexus of Riverside is definitely the wisdom of crowds flexing its muscle. To wit:
Even though I rock a late model BMW and a minivan for work, I’ve had my trusty 2006 Lexus IS250 for 10 years now. As dependable as it is, I’m hoping for another 10 years of service from the car. Unfortunately, Lexus recently had a recall on some fuel mechanism and without it, I was not able to renew the registration on my car. I resigned myself to bringing it in to the nearest dealership (in this case, Riverside Lexus) for a full day of nonsense… or so I thought.
From initial drop-​off of my vehicle to GTFO’ing back with a loaner car to my business was 14 minutes. I dropped off the car at 10:15 and as promised was given a call by Mr. Leinz at around 3:30pm to pick up my vehicle. Drop off was equally efficient and another 15 minutes later, I was back in good old «Silver Bullet». To add to the amazing experience, gas was topped off and the car was impeccably cleaned inside and out. Jeezys!!!
A huge shout-​out to the service consultant who helped me: Robert Leinz was extremely efficient and helpful in processing the recall repairs and provided a «wow» customer service experience. *fist bump to chest twice as I’m kissing two fingers and making a peace sign skywards*

Greatest car purchase ever from start to finish. Spoke with Mark Marchant, the general manager on the phone who answered a few questions i had. Next step i was on the lot and was introduced to Chris Sweaney who recommended a lease on a new 2016 IS200T instead of a cerified used which is what brought me in to the dealership. Chris gave me a great deal and off to finance i was. I had the pleasure to work with Lisa Hamilton who was friendly and knowledgeable. Also got my car on memorial day weekend and i was in and out under 3 hours.

I have been looking into buying a Lexus for the past several months. When I finally decided it was time to make my purchase I chose the dealership that really took the time to answer all my questions and not pressure me into buying something that was different than what I was looking for.
Jag A. was there to help from the first day that I walked on the lot until I drove off the next day. Jag had me test drive 3 different cars to make sure I got the feel for each one. Kevin G. took the time to explain all the tech features within the car and made it easy to understand.
I ended up with the 2016 GS 350 F Sport and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Bought my mommy mobile here. Came in looking to get some info on the new NSX and possibly lease. First off, the guy who helped me was new and couldn’t answer any of my questions in regards to the new hybrid technology. No mpg questions, nothing. It was a huge waste of my time. All he could tell me was he was new and he had an appointment in 40 mins. I was passed off to Mike Sales. Thank god. He was super helpful and talked me into a different car that would be safe for my son and I. With his help, he was able to work the numbers so I could get into the car I wanted. I would suggest taking your own financing there and not finance at the dealership. I’m now house hunting and my mortgage broker told me they ran my credit NINE times. NINE TIMES! Other than that, I’m happy with my car.

Just went in today to help a friend thru buying process as it was his first time buying a new car. Mike sales was our sales guy and wow this guy makes the whole process fast, entertaining, and pain free. He took the time to show us the most basic package and high end on each car so my buddy could his decision. My experience with other dealers they always try to sell you the highest priced car regardless of your budget or preference. Will recommend friends and family here and will not be taking the drive to lingo Lexus anymore.

We have been looking around everywhere for the car that I’ve been wanting and good thing we landed on this dealership. We got there around 7 pm cause of the rush hour traffic, thinking that it might’ve been a little too late to go car shopping. The long drive was definitely worth it. Thank you Mike Sales for making my dream car a reality and for making the purchase so easy. He was very helpful and did all things possible to make it work and meet all my needs. First impressions of this place were decent, and was still okay when we talked to the first salesperson that helped us out. It was once the employee from the finance department came out that things went south. I don’t remember his name, but he’s the black guy working for the finance department. His demeanor was abrasive and behavior unprofessional. He was the deal killer. Maybe he was having a bad morning or his private life is causing him fear and anxiety; whatever the case, the silly man messed up.
If you’re looking for a Lexus, definately go elsewhere. Or, get a Mercedes like we did.

Thank you Cory, John, and Jeremy for making this the easiest stress-​free car purchase I’ve ever made. You guys are the best. I have 2 Lexus dealerships within 10 miles from home but chose to drive the extra 40 to riverside. It was well worth it.

So after my last review on Unilocal,the dealership contacted me directly. Mr. Mark Merchant took care of me, he got my issue resolved. They replaced my rear brakes at no cost and gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Next day, they called me to notify me my vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. Thank you to everyone who contributed to helping resolve my issue, and making me a happy customer. I was really surprised they contacted me and wanted to talk to me in person rather than over the phone to find a solution. Thank you Lexus of Riverside.

Had a great experience here. Chris Sweaney, Internet salsa manager, helped me surprise my wife for Christmas with a brand new 2016 Lexus IS 350. His customer service was exquisite and he helped me find the right car for the right price. He helped me get it delivered to the house Christmas Eve and stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I got my wife out of the house before they delivered it. Sealed the deal with a big red bow. He also scheduled a follow up appointment for me to bring my wife in to go through all of the tricks the car has. Thanks so much for your help Chris.

Love taking my car for service here. Waiting area is stocked with goodies and coffee or tea. The service managers are all great and very attentive.

My dealership took in an IS 250 that was showing an open recall, so I was able to get in contact with Philip at LOR and he was probably the most laid back service advisor I’ve ever spoken with… it was quite amazing!
More than half of the dealerships I call to take care of open recalls have such a tough time trying to figure out if they have parts available or not, when I can come in, or if they even want to help me out at all… * cough * DCH Temecula * cough *
I finally brought the IS in… I was in a hurry, but was able to just drop it off with Philip as he was with a customer. He called me the next day and told me it was completed… can’t ask for anything else except communication and efficiency!
Inside, the dealership is great. The bathrooms are on par with those at Benihana’s, and the cars they have are of course, spectacular.
Outside… well, parking is a little shitty to say the least. I can’t imagine how packed this place gets on the weekend… I think they have their pre-​owned vehicles on the right when you pull in, and like 4 parking spots on the left?
Regardless, I will without a doubt call Philip and this dealership again whenever I have another recall!

So i went to this dealership with 20,000 to put down. i only wanted the 2014 200ct. Chris Hickman helped me.
No one could make a deal… i went back and forth for 3 weeks. .welll one day i was off. waiting for the lexus place to open i went next door to BMW… and yess within 48 hours. im in my car… THANK YOU lexus for letting me down easy. .and i did not walk off with a 25,000 car from BMW. .almost double
