I recently went to Walters Mercedes for my car to get service and I had the pleasure of meeting JR Rodriguez in the servicing dept. I was provided with a loaner car so that I wouldn’t waste time waiting for my car to be serviced (which is a BIG PLUS for a busy person like myself). He notified me when my car was ready. And he also arranged for me to drop off the loaner car after hours which was very convenient during the week. But most importantly, JR made sure I was pleased with the overall service. I believe employees are a reflection of upper management. Which I must say, it shows great management at this Mercedes location. Thank you Walters Mercedes in Riverside for the great service! :)

This is the third time I’ve leased a car from Walter’s Mercedes Benz and this time was the best experience yet. Jin Lee provided professional, courteous service without high pressure sales tactics. He promptly responded to emails and telephone call. Jin personally delivered my new vehicle to my door, went over all the features and provided answers to my questions. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend doing business with Jin Lee and Walter’s Automotive.

This Walters Mercedes Benz is great. I previously had a BMW which was a complete money pit & might I add a total waste of money. I was unhappy with my car so I decided to head down to Walters to look at some vehicles. Upon entering everyone was extremely helpful and sooooo friendly. Bob Murray assisted me and I ended up leaving in a new vehicle and it took less than 3 hours to get rid of my money pit and I purchased a beautiful C250 sport. I couldn’t be any happier. If you’re looking to buy a Mercedes this is the place to go!

We went into Walters Mercedes Benz of riverside on 6÷4÷2016 and had a very pleasant experience. My mother in law was in the market for a new Mercedes, her dream car she had been wanting for some time now, and we were greeted by Art Miranda. He was very respectable and knowledgeable of the product. He greeted us and directed us right towards the vehicle of her choice, took us for a test drive where he demonstrated a good amount of the vehicles features. After returning from the test drive he offered us some cold water and asked if we would like to see some figures. We had done our research on trade in value and new car pricing. When we presented our numbers we had a no hassle experience getting the deal we wanted. We didn’t have to deal with any pushy sales managers, or hours of arguing about numbers. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. Thank you Walters Mercedes and Art Miranda for listening and giving us a pleasant experience throughout.

I went to Walter’s to look for a used E350 and was assisted by Jacqueline. I was surprised to see they had several to choose from and Jacqueline was amazing as she was willing to show me as many car’s as I wanted to see and was patient enough to assist me with finding the exact car for me. I got everything I wanted! Going through the buying process was easy and not stressful. Everything was up front with no haggling and stress. I told them what I wanted and they gave me their best price which I was very happy with. Jacqueline has a great personality and actually made buying a car fun.

I went in to Walters Mercedes Benz looking for a pre-​owned C-​class and Arthur helped me out so much. He helped me find the perfect car that I wanted and made me feel like a important customer. Julio from finance also hooked me up with a sweet deal that I couldn’t refuse so I have to thank him too.

We bought my wife’s new mercedes from Walters a year ago. Andrew Wagner from Internet sales is awesome, he will get you the best deal, as is Jay R. from the service team. I bought my mercedes as a CPO out of state in October, but Walters, Andrew and JR always take care of me and these guys really do go above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending Walters Mercedes.

Another great experience at Walter Mercedez. Had my car towed in over the weekend, because it just would not start. Showed up at 7:30 am on Monday was greeted very warmly and directed to my service representative David Greene. Quickly he arranged me to get a loaner because I had meetings to attend. In a very professional manner he took care of my car, called me to inform me what the problem was, got it taken care of and I had my car back by 6pm the same day. I have owned many cars, but have never had the great service I get from Walters Mercedez. I would highly recommend them. Thanks David for making my visit so easy and pleasant.

I usually get my car serviced at Walter’s and they do a good job. They’re close to where I live which is convenient and they’re always very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been trying to write this review for almost a month now, but have been overwhelmingly busy. I could have just said «ah who cares?», but I really wanted to let others know how throughly I am impressed with this place. This dealership values superb customer service, and it shows. The entire process was seamless, and I never got frustrated with anyone not being able to get me what I need. Here are some things that exemplify how wonderful everyone that I interacted with was.
1. The woman that answered the phone the first time I called this dealership was very professional and didn’t make me wait forever while getting me the info I was requesting. An appointment was made for that evening after work, and a text confirmation was sent to me with the time and who the salesperson was going to be.
2. After I came to the dealership the manager of the dealership greeted me and handed me off to Bob Murray.
3.Bob Murray got me in and out of that dealership with a GLK350 in 2 hours. I had my twin toddlers with me that were becoming uneasy being that we were there in the evening and it was past their bedtime. Other employees that worked there came by to distract my kids while my husband and I went through all the paperwork. You Moms that are reading this know how appreciative I was for small gestures. Oh, and Bob was VERY knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. He gave me his cell and told me to call him directly if I had any questions. I did call him once, and answered his phone after the 2^nd ring. For me, its the small things that count.
4. To the Persian man (that doesn’t look Persian at all :)) that got me through the purchasing paperwork, thank you for allowing me to put the down payment on my credit card and saving me a drive back from south OC.
5. 2 weeks after purchasing my vehicle, I realized that the car would squeak when I hit the brake, I called Bob and he said to call the service department. I did another week later, and brought it in.
6. I know Saturdays are crazy busy in the service department, so I called Michael on Friday and was able to get me in for 130pm. After realizing that I might be too chaotic to take my kids there in the middle of their nap time, I called Michael back Saturday Am and said that he could squeeze me in at 1030am. I took it!
7. When I got there and pulled up to the service area, a woman greeted me prior to getting out of the car, and informed me of what I needed to do and directed me to the waiting area.
8. They were indeed busy, we waited maybe 40 minutes which actually flew by pretty quickly because their waiting area is awesome. Coffee, water, and some baked goods definitely kept my kids busy.
9. I ended up having to drop off the car later on that week for service that was fully covered by the warranty. They provided me with a complimentary SUV while the car was being serviced. David Greene was who was working with me and kept me up to date with what was going on and texted me when my car was ready.
10. When I went to pick up my car (which was today 4÷16÷16) it was just me and my toddlers. I was actually really stressed out about going alone because I knew that in addition to having to watch them, I needed to install the car seats from the complimentary car back to my SUV. I brought the stroller thinking that I was just going to strap them in there while I reinstalled the car seats, but didn’t need to use it. I asked if someone could help me, and they took care of it! They said they weren’t allowed to buckle them in, but that was fine with me. The gentleman (I forgot his name) even took the stroller and diaper bag and put them in the car. He installed the car seats and I double checked everything, just in case. Words cannot express how much I appreciated this mans help. This was just icing on the cake.
11. I drove away, and tested the brakes… squeak gone.
12. Without having to tell them, everyone that I spoke with knew that I was coming from south OC and made special arrangements for me when needed, which definitely saved me some time.
Again, the entire experience was seamless. The reviews are for real, this place doesn’t disappoint.

My experience at Walter’s Mercedes was beyond exceptional! I’m so happy with my new purchase and the service provided by Peter tecson. Peter was never pushy and even allowed us to visit the other competitors before making our final decision. To be honest we weren’t looking to buy a vehicle so soon, but something just felt right about our car. I will keep updating on our vehicle and service by the employees of Walter’s.

This guy gets some real talent, I tell you that. I was not even thinking of getting a car. In my plan, I need to go to Porsche, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus etc to take a test drive of several models, back online check some details, compare the offers, options, color and stuffs.
BUT
after cozy chatting with him in a car for an hour of some nonsense topics while waiting for my appointment, I decide to make the move RIGHT NOW, no tomorrow, RIGHT NOW! 2016 New GLE
Simply, I think Richie is never really focusing on selling cars to you, he is careless of that part, seriously. However, he cares more of what you want and what you think. So the whole time, I didn’t smell any of the commercial sense, just people to people, customer oriented.
I am a business man, and I face sales guy everyday, some of them are crappy, some of them just get the swagger of making the deal. Richie Lapierre is in the later category.
The whole process is worry free, you never think about the typical «win» or «lose» deal mindset. Walter Automotive gives out the best deal on the table right away and I believe that is probably the best deal in the market as well, because I suppose they know making the customer happy is a good way of getting business.
So in the end of the day, when every arrows pointing to the spot that the deals need to be done, it needs to be done. :)
Drive to here, it is not the closest dealer from you probably, but you will get what you want, that’s the key right? So I endorse this one for you, come here, they take care of you and they get it done.

I had every intention to buy a sprinter van from this dealer. Submitted all my info. Got approved. Emailed back and forth. Called in to give them advance notice i was coming in. I get to the dealer and the van is not at dealership, its in some random dirt filled lot 10 min from the dealer. We get to lot and I was expecting to see a $ 60k Mercedes Black Sprinter Van, instead I see this dirty looking van with a layer of dirt, I get in the van to test drive, and can barely see out the front window, the gas meter was completely empty, i was worried the entire time it would run out of gas, I wanted to drive it on the freeway however i rather not risk an accident of the van running out of gas. So we drive back to the dealer and even though the van did not look presentable I ask to talk numbers.
The dealer has a very uncomfortable quite vibe, you can hear when someone uses the restroom its so quite, maybe some soft music in the background would help or possibly turning on the a. c unit!
Glenn the manager apologized and admitted they are under staffed and going through some changes so i still wanted to buy the sprinter even through all the negatives. What i did not like is that when i spoke to Glenn over the phone he said he could get close to the numbers another dealer was offering me, however in person he pulled a shady move and said my van has a couple more features, here is my price, if you don’t like it, then you can walk, Really, is that how you guys talk to clients? I was willing to pay the price they were asking, but I will not make deals with someone that disrespects like that.
The worst part of my experience with Walters is that Glenn seemed to not know what features his product had, i had to remind him that the van had a camera and other features.
Walter’s had 2 sprinter vans i was interested it, i was willing to buy either 1, but sadly Glenn forgot to mention the other sprinter van when i was asking for slight price reduction, the other sprinter van is a couple thousand cheaper then the one we were negotiating on, all he had to say was what if you take the cheaper priced van, i would have signed right there, but i am not the salesperson or the manager here, I was there to make a deal and Walters failed because of simple basics. They wasted my time and I hope they don’t waste your time.
The day ended with Glenn forgetting the box of keys at the lot and another salesperson coming into the negotiation asking where the box of keys were as he wanted to show a sprinter van. That was a sign to get out of there and take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately we had to drive another 10 minutes to get my car parked at some unsecured open lot.
I am sure this is not a mercedes issue, but rather a Walters issue. I recently purchased an S550 from House Mercedes in Buena Park and that really felt like a mercedes transaction.

Allan Villasenor was our sales person. He was very professional, respectful and not pushy at all. They were willing to work with us. Very patient and knowledgeable about the E350 we just purchased from him. I’m grateful that we went to Walters Automotive to purchase my very first Mercedes!!! It was one of the most smoothest and painless car transactions we’ve done. The Diamond White E350 was definitely meant for me. I deinitely recommend coming to this Mercedes Benz dealership. After a fantastic gym workout with my wife we decided to stop by Walter’s to get a quick car wash. When she initially purchased the vehicle she was told she could bring the vehicle any time for a quick wash. Today we were told they no longer wash vehicles anytime because of the recent drought and only do it on select days, (which I do apologize I’ve already forgot what those days are…) the gentleman at the valet stated since we were already there he would take care of it. He asked if the vehicle was purchased at Walter’s because we were missing the Walter’s preferred sticker. She explained that the sticker was removed when we had the front window tinted and asked once the information was verified if she could have another sticker which we were provided.
While we waited for the car to be washed, we decided to walk around and look at the selection of vehicles. Mind you, we just finished the gym so of course we were not dressed to impress and were still a little sweaty. As we walked around I was impressed at the fact that we were still approached given our condition. We were asked if we had any questions and when explained that we were just looking while we waited for our vehicle in service they still made themselves available. They even took the time to open up two vehicles within the show room that were beyond what we could ever afford, (example $ 260,000) and explain the features.
Once finished walking around I took a seat and treated myself to a water that they had in their service lounge. It was clean and neat and stalked with a nice assortment of fresh pastries and coffee. I had to hold myself back or else my workout would have been for nothing.
Overall from the first day the vehicle was purchased to today, I have been impressed with the service and the emoloyee’s who work within this establishment. Very impressive customer service Walter’s! We will continue to come back. Once I’m finished with grad school, I know my next car will be on this lot.

Eric Kessler in service was fantastic! My dealership had a Smart car with a radio that didn’t work, so I made an appointment to bring it in. I walked inside and immediately ran into Eric at his desk who greeted me right away and was willing to help me out and get me going for my appointment.
While a co-​worker and I waited, I walked around a bit to find their waiting lounge which had water bottles and some delicious cookies/​treats! The entire dealership was super clean and just about every person that I ran across said hello as I walked by.
The next day, Eric called and told me it was a blown fuse from when the vehicle was probably jump started. I authorized the repair and within a few hours he called me back and let me know it ended up being covered under warranty!
Great customer service, and I will definitely ask for Eric whenever I need to bring in another Smart/​Benz in!
