This staff and Dr. Sharma really gave me my teeth and my smile back!
I walked in here with bad chipped teeth. For a very long time I haven’t seen the dentist… so I made and appointment and came here. The first visit out of 2appointments I needed, I walked out confident and happy! I walked in with 13 cavities and 15 fillings. I walked out with 0 cavities and 0 fillings and my teeth even cleaner and brighter. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Dr is friendly and cares about people, your teeth and your business. Go here!

The office staff is very nice but the dentist is horrible. He insulted my smile told me I needed reconstructive surgery and when I said no I like my smile. He got rude. He looked at my teeth very aggressively and said 5 cavities and you need a deep cleaning. I am 30 years old and have never had a cavity in my life. I refused service and said I was going to get a second opinion and then he said fine and stormed into his office and slammed the door. I only went to him cause he was covered by my insurance. He is a complete JOKE. I went to our family dentist today and paid out of my pocket and he looked at my teeth and X-​rays and I NO cavities and only need a regular cleaning.

obviously i had a bad experience here. literally, one of THE WORST services ive had. and to think it would be at a dentistry –_​–
anyways, i bought one of those whitening trays for $ 50 from David when he walked into my store. he was going on how the van buren location was so much better than the claremont location. (i’m from pomona. and claremont is literally the next city over) so i trusted his word and traveled the extra 20+ miles for the better service he sold me on.
once i arrived the lady at the front desk was soo nice. she had curly hair i believe and was younger (not sure, this was like a month ago). once i sat down to get checked up, the dental assistant (young, latina, short hair) was helping me. not very nice. did not mention ANY information that i needed to know. i pretty much had to ask her everything. and once she was done molding my teeth i guess she figured out there was no more whitening gels.
i don’t understand how they don’t take care of that? if you are having people promote the WHITENING TRAYS you should be stocked up on them.
so whatever i went home with my unpleasant service from the dental assistant and waited and waited for my trays & gels. one week past. no call. and i gave them a call. STILL NO GELS kept saying next week we will. that went on for about a month.
until i contacted David once again and complained. i guess he got ahold of them and allllll of a damn sudden they will be having the gels in a couple days. told me they would call me monday so i get confirmation to pick them up.
NO CALL, i called them tuesday (today) and they said it was ready.
and i was talking to ELIZABETH (apparently shes the office manager. pft) she was probably one of the rudest people ive spoken too in awhile. (i’m a sales rep for my job so i talk to customers all day — reason being, customer service is very important to me) all she said was can i help you (no greeting of the dental office or anything) i asked for my whitening trays, and then she put me on hold for THE LONGEST time. i hung up. called again and she asked whats my name, when i last visited. WHY WAS I ON HOLD FOR SO LONG IS THATS ALL YOU NEEDED TO KNOW?! ugh. i asked for the address and she was like why? don’t you have it? havent you been here before? omfg. i cant. never EVER coming back here. cant believe i spent $ 50 at this business.
David on the other hand was very nice and helpful. he was a big help for calming me down and not going off on these unprofessional workers. thanks David!
some advice workers: if you don’t like youre job. quit. if you cant stand the heat, get out the kitchen. lmao idk. you guys need help. better managing and work ethics. fuckin waste of my time and energy.
