This place sucks! The owner was rude, when she told me a 10 minute wait for the bbq pork fried rice, others were of erring their take out and some people were ordering shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice, my 10 minute wait came to 20 minutes, when 2 trays came through, I said is that my bbq pork fried rice, the owner said no, I told them. I said give me my money back. I will never eat there, they need to put a better Chinese place there with a better owner, she needs to learn kindness from Buddha as well! This owner from me is less than a star she deserves no star, she never apologized!

If Unilocal had zero or negative stars, it wont be enough. Warning to Chinese food lovers and people trying Chinese food for the first time. Save yourself money and stomach trouble and go to Wok experience one block down. The lady here is so rude and has no manners first of all. She would slide your credit card while telling you that theres an additional fee. She will charge you for a cup of tap water and will charge you double tax. If you don’t ask for a receipt she wont give it to you. Not only that their prices are higher than wok experience and quality of food is poor. Her attitude sucks! I just ordered because I’m new to the area and it was next to the place i work at. Im glad i did and found out how shady this place is. I asked for my money back and started driving and thats when i found wok experience. They just lost a customer forever!!!

When I went there the other night, the girl working evidently did not have a clear grasp of the English language and I had to repeat myself, and correct her several times. I told her that I could not have the rice or noodles because I was on a strict diabetic diet so I have to have little carbohydrates. She said OK and when I told her what I wanted she promptly began filling the container with rice and I had to repeat myself. Once I got home and tried the food, it was horrible. They used huge chunks of zucchini as a filler, probably because it’s cheap, even in the Kung Pao that I had. Plus the peanuts in it, some tasted almost raw and others were burnt. Not going back there!

Favorite Chinese food place. Me and my bf go here all the time. Love their chow mein and pepper steak. My parents order Spicy shrimp chow mein a lot from here, it’s really good. Edit: forget this place! Second time they’ve messed up a phone order. Can’t belive I payed for food I didn’t even want. Check before you pick up. They never make it right.

Their orange chicken is delicious as well as their teriyaki and bbq chicken. They give big portions. However, their service is slow and the workers are not very friendly. Be prepared to wait about 10 – 15 minutes in line. They do not have A/C so take your food to go.

Favorite Chinese food place, probably the best in Riverside. They have the best Teriyaki Chicken! The ladies who work there could be a little more friendlier looking and could have less of a stank face all the time, which is why I won’t give 5 stars.

Food is extremely bland but thats what you get when you walk into a chinese resturant and theres no asians to be found. You do a large amount of food. if your low on cash and want a lot come her. The soup seems to be fresh due to the cashier ordering it over the mic. But I didn’t care for the food here.

Most chinese fast food restaurants are less concerned about service as they are about upselling. I’m writing this review because this restaurant surprised me. I had a craving for some chop suey and I hoped in my heart of hearts that this place had some. I walked in and saw a tray of some old chop suey…“what the heck?” I thought I’ll go for it. When I asked for the chop suey the cashier immediately called into the kitchen for a new tray – NICE! So I waited a few minutes for my fresh veggies and shrimp. It was white hot when I started eating it but I didn’t care. It’s been such a long time since I’ve had chop suey this fresh before. I also ordered a side of orange chicken for some protein balance and elected to go with some steamed rice instead of the usual fried rice and lo mein. The total for the 2 item combo is $ 5.97. My suggestion to you would be to order anything that looks old. That way they’ll make a fresh batch for you! The cashier never once tried to upsell me. She just took my order with a smile and made sure that everything I ordered was hot and fresh. As far as the food goes, it’s pretty standard fare but if you’re looking to be treated right, then this is the place where it will happen. Me mind of fire/me soul on fire/feeling hot hot hot…
