Myers Park, Charlotte, NC
No call, no show. Called to setup an appointment and was told they had availability the next day. So I was thrilled and set up an appointment and they gave me a two hour time window for the arrival of the crew. On the day of the appointment, the time window expires and I call them back. A nice lady answers their Google number and informs me she will find out which crew is supposed to be at my house and says she will call me back with an ETA. Another 30 minutes goes by with no call back, so I try calling them back and now no one is answering the phone. Left them a message to cancel the appointment. The lady that answers (when she answers) was nice but that’s about the extent of the professionalism you can expect from this company. Save yourself the time and hassle and find another company that actually wants to earn your business.

Not Recommended. Accepted our work order and then let us know that they didn’t want to work for us… ON THE DUE DATE. They were professional and kind but didn’t follow through. Save your time.
