We are a franchise of Cruise Planners/​American Express with the corporate office in Coral Springs, Florida. Our office is in Atlanta though we have clients nationwide. Being part of the American Express Travel Network offers us many resources for your travel that you may not be able to find on your own.

Business Owner

Kim Wilbanks is owner of Cruise Planners, a full-​service travel agency. Her office is located in Atlanta, GA but she serves clients throughout the US as their travel advisor! Her agency is a franchise of Cruise Planners/​American Express Travel located in Coral Springs, Florida. There are approximately 800 franchises and they are the largest home-​based travel agency in the United States.

Kim is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Management. After a career in finance and accounting, she had a deep desire to own her own business and decided to join this desire with her curiosity of world history, geography and travel. She spends much time on continuing education as travel is a very fluid industry with rapid changes in foreign governments, travel advisories, weather, new types of travel, new ships, airline mergers, new technology related to travel and the list goes on!
