What horrible service, completely unprofessional and untimely. After my initial discussionS with Joel, I was really happy to have found him. Then the calls began. It took four calls to get him to the community (which he had cleaned previously) and he showed up without a tall ladder. Then another four calls to reschedule, in which he called an hour before our scheduled time telling me he would be late. Unfortunately I had scheduled calls around our arranged time and would not be available. He then proceeded to tell me that I was a difficult customer and that him showing up without the ladder was my fault. He then said I should just cancel as he has enough business on his own. So that is exactly what I did.
I’ve never dealt with someone so quick to anger and am positively disappointed by the time wasted.
