We just had our house installed with sunscreens from Steves mobile. It’s was done at 3:30 and as they placed the screens facing west it was like an eclipse just happened. They installed all 10 screen in about 1 ½ hours. Very professional. Highly recommended using this company

I had security doors placed in around in June 2015. I love really these doors. It gives that extra security and has curb appeal. The guys that installed these did a really good job. The work was done professionally. I highly recommend these guys. My sales rep was Wes.

Wes installed a security screen door on our home about a year ago. He did a great job on the install, and we love it. Unfortunately, we lost the keys to the door. We made a quick call to Wes and he immediately found a replacement lock, delivered it to us, and installed it. We have now used Steve’s Mobile twice. Their service was so great the first time that we called them back to install additional solar screens at our home. They also installed front & back door sliding screens. The estimator gave us a fair price and was pleasant to deal with. The installers did an exceptional job and had great attitudes. They were super helpful. I would use them again and we highly recommend their company. We have already recommended them to family and friends. Very responsive customer service.

Met with Wes for a possible install and he was very personable and knowledgable of the products they offer. Was thinking of just a security door but after talking with Wes decided on a pet screen as well. Our dog had just destroyed our other screen so the timing was right!
Took a little while to get installed (8 weeks I think) but was worth it!

I’m rewriting my review on this company as I’ve been a little frustrated with them lately. I do realize accidents happen and that Wes the manager is sincere snd tries to rectify the problem when it occurs. They do produce good products that increase the value of your home. Hopefully the problem I have will be taken care of and just like in the past I can further enjoy the end result.

I had solar screens installed now for 2 month. Yes they keep the heat out. Wes and his crew are great ! Installed my screens in less than an hour. Thanks guys !!!

Excellent service and great people for sales and service. Bought a door 3 months ago snd very happy with the looks and quality.

We requested a quote for having a Sunsetter Awning installed. Salesperson was out twice to go over the actual placing for installation. As we were not sure of the clearance for the awning, with our eave.
It was determined that the awning could be placed where we were hoping. But, when the very friendly, professional and knowledgeable Installers came, it was a different story. The awning could not be placed where we had hoped.
Installers recommended a little retrofitting, to allow the awning to set lower and clear the eave. AND, being that we were told otherwise, they would cover the extra cost for the retrofit.
The work was done in an extremely timely manner. And the Installers did a great job! Added wood, painted, brackets… Looks as it should — like a professional did it.

Excellent experience working with professional, skilled and friendly people. Larry was exceptionally helpful answering questions and helping me choose the right screens for my needs. My order came in early and Austin did a terrific job with the installation. He took the time to contact me before arrival, was on time, kept me apprised of how things were going and completed the work well within the window I was given. The screens look great thanks to Austin. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Steve’s Mobile. The company clearly takes the time to hire and keep good people which is reflected in the quality of the work.

I called the company to come out and give me a quote for sunscreens. The salesman brought a IPad to show me pictures of the screens and what they looked like from the outside as well as in the inside. I told him I wanted grids for the windows since we have them in the in our windows. He took measurements at the time and wrote the bid out for me here at the house. He gave me 20% off which made the screens a lot more affordable. I told him I wanted to call another company which i did. The other company could not find screens with grids and they also cost a lot more so I went with Steve’s Mobile. I couldn’t be more happy. The screens actually made the house look nicer and even my neighbor really liked them. They will be calling them next year to have screens added to their windows. The gentlemen that came out were very nice and answered my questions.
I agree with Brady P. –superior quality and unsurpassed customer service support. I will go with them again in the future. What a difference in keeping the heat out. We are not using our AC that much anymore so very pleased.

Superior quality & unsurpassed customer service & support-​I have used Steve’s Mobile Sunscreens for several home upgrades to include fabrication & installation of his 80% sun blocker window screens, screen doors, & a motorized sun setter awning. The quality of the custom made materials & work performed is flawless. i recently had an issue with my remote control not working for the motorized awning. I called them up & they made a house call the next day. When Wes showed up he was early… yea…& it was 102 degrees outside. He worked the issue for about 45 minutes & resolved the problem. Although this unit was installed in 2009 & no longer in warranty the service call was complementary. You can’t get any better service than that. Thanks Wes, Steve & crew!

Fourteen (14) months ago we spent close to $ 5K on custom security doors and a few window screens. We have been very happy with Wes and his service, the products and the install. Wes and the install team were great (5 stars).
Today the locking mechanism just popped out of the $ 2000 rear door, leaving no way to get in or out of the door. I called Steve’s Mobile Sunscreens and explained the situation to H*****. We’re sending someone over and it’s $ 50 for sending him. What? Your security doors just went out of warranty. Wow! (1 star) Just not right and I insisted on talking to Steve or Wes. After H***** spoke with Steve, no charge to fix the locking mechanism on the door.
John arrived and he fixed the door in less than a minute at no charge (5 stars to John). H***** could use some help in understanding the meaning and value of customer service. We were considering having Steve’s Mobile Sunscreens install custom security windows on our house. Hmm…

Horrible service! Used them for exterior installation of Christmas lights and got ripped off. Lights didn’t work and they never responded to my calls. Reference BBB website for more details. Complaint is closed and unresolved since the company would not make good on their poor product and poor service.

They installed sunscreens on 4 upstairs windows. They really help cool those rooms. Great service. Highly recommended.

Steve’s Mobile Sunscreens is excellent. They are very professional from the time you call them to them to inquire about their services all the way to the installation. Wes came out to our home in February to go over the products and pricing with us, took measurements in case we wanted to order (which for us was going to be at a later date for sure). Any time I had called him with questions, he called me back the same day. We finally called Wes on 4÷9÷13 to order our door and he said it would take 4 weeks to be installed. I got a call from Kevin in the install dept on Tuesday, ⁴⁄₂₃ that my door was coming in and they would like to schedule the install for Friday, ⁴⁄₂₆ @ 2pm. Perfect! That was less than 3 weeks to be installed. I got a call on Friday and he asked if he could come sooner! Even better! Kevn installed my door in about an hour. He cleaned up everything and ever vaccuumed up!
I am so happy with my purchase and service from Steve’s Mobile Sunscreens. I will be recommending them to neighbors, friends and family. I am a forever customer for my security door needs!
