Tobacco Row Apartments

I was anxious to move into what I thought was going to be a good experience in the River Lofts at Tobacco Row only to be severely disappointed only a few months later. With a on and off leak in the lobby of our building from the apartment above from what appears to be a sewer line to a place that is sorely in need of a paint job just to mention a couple of ugly eyesores. I am positive that because of the majority of renters being young VCU students who could care less about respecting someone else’s property that this location has taken a beating over the years. If you want to live in a VCU Dorm type atmosphere this might be your place. The utter lack of respect shown by most of the renters is a sad reflection in our youth and the lack of accountability of these disrespectful renters displayed by Forest City Management is astounding. If I were you I’d look elsewhere.
