A good building — walls are brick and thicker than most. However I you have a neighbor with parties and they all try to talk over each other you will hear it. Even with the heat off the temperature in the building stays in the mid 70s. Great big windows and nice lobby and gym downstairs. Maintenance has been great in response. Barking dogs can sometimes be annoying. All and all a good place and included direct tv, trash, Internet, and plumbing is great. All I py is electric which is about $ 70 a month.
