History

Established in 2011.

Shannon Milligan started the RVA Home Team with Keller Williams Realty Richmond West with the end in mind and every ending has a beginning. To ensure the very best Richmond VA real estate experience, Shannon used her degree in Communications and was the Marketing Associate for six Coldwell Banker offices in Upstate New York. Next she became the Office Manager and licensed real estate agent for the multi-​million dollar producing team Ask Gina & Company in Northern Virginia.

After learning real estate from the «mail room» up, Shannon joined Keller Williams Realty Richmond in 2011 and created a new approach to real estate. In 2013, Shannon established the RVA Home Team and rapidly became a top producing Richmond VA real estate agent closing 6 million in sales year to date.

We are acutely aware that our business has grown by leaps and bounds because of YOU and are proud to contribute back to the community in which we live, work, and play with donations to local Richmond VA charities.

Shannon Milligan is the Founder and President of the RVA Home Team with Keller Williams Realty Richmond West.

With a degree in Communications, Shannon has a unique approach to real estate integrating the Internet and social media for a fresh approach to success. In addition, Shannon has a very client focused approach where she applies the lessons learned working her way through college as a manager for Williams-​Sonoma: The Customer is Always Right.

Having purchased or sold 10 personal properties, Shannon understand the often stressful process of relocation and has created a systematic approach to making your move as seamless as possible.

When Shannon is not working, she enjoys spending time with family which includes a supportive husband, boy/​girl twins, two loving labs, and one cranky cat. In addition, Shannon enjoys reading a great book, traveling, and socializing with friends… Shannon has never met a stranger!
