Jake Albritton knows the Richmond market geography very well. He was born and raised in Mechanicsville VA in the Atlee and Hanover High School area. From his beginnings in Glen Allen and Henrico’s little league football, Ashland VA hockey, then later ice hockey in both Midlothian VA, and the West End, I’d say he became familiar with the Richmond, Virginia area at a very young age. More recently, he called The Fan «home» for several years and of course attended his share of VCU basketball games for local support! Jake is very active in many of our local neighborhoods. Pair this knowledge of local communities with his passion for real estate and it’s easy to see why he became a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia!
