John came out last year for us and was very great, he even came back out a few times when the ants returned in different areas that he had not sprayed before. My only problem is that I have tried multiple times to get ahold of them to come back out this year since we have an ant problem every winter. His office even called us to ask if we needed service since we stated that we have this problem in the winter and she said she would have him call us. Never heard from him… perhaps he just doesn’t want our business.

John was super nice when he came to our house, and he quickly dealt with our ant problem in about half an hour. Also, we had a follow-​up question later and he was eager to help. I’d definitely recommend him.

After more than 2 ½ years of daily ant attacks and having tried everything, John talked me through the options, sprayed once and I haven’t seen an ant in 4 months!

I am extremely pleased with Kelly pest. John Kelly was very professional, listened shile i explained my ant issue and was very respectful of my dogs. He was very patient and gave me a variety of options, which was helpful. Within a day, my ants were gone!

I found «John» through Unilocal because of his great reviews. My husband and I had been hearing a noise under our home that sounded like scratching. I called John and he asked a couple of questions and determined that it was a rat. I scheduled an appt. with him to take a look at the outside of our home and he determined the entry that was leading the little rascal under the house. John explained what to do and told me that if I hear it again to contact him if I want to move forward with his services. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Johns direction on the matter and hopefully it does not come back and if it does I know exactly who to call !

As a real estate agent I have many opportunities to work with many different service providers. Its never a happy subject when it comes to bugs and rodents but John makes the best of the situation with his professional, educated and calm demeanor. He makes everyone feel like everything will be just fine. This guy really know his stuff. My last business with him was for fleas and not only did he come in with a great price but was extremely truthful about the process (no empty promises). John is the best and I look forward to working with him again!

Kelly is definitely the #1 pest control to use in the area. He is the most honest and knowledgeable one! I just wish I had used him before Orkin! :(

Ants were trying to take over my house one weekend about a month or so ago. Monday morning I called a couple of places but it was going to take at least a day before anyone was going to be able to come. I called John, left a message and got a call back a few minutes later. The price he quoted me was the lowest on my list, and best of all he was in the area and able to come right out. We discussed the fact that I have pets, and he advised me to keep them in the garage for a couple of hours until the product he put out was dry. He told me that it could take about 10 days for the ants to be completely gone. They were drastically reduced within 2 hours and gone by the end of the day. I was thrilled! Should they return, I will be definitely be calling John again.

I’ve used Kelly Pest Control three times now for ants (inside and outside) my house, and every time has been perfect. The ants have totally disappeared in under 2 days each time. He is reliable about showing up, listens to your problem, works extremely quickly and efficiently, and gives notes and tips on how to avoid future problems. The best part is he actually talks to you and does his best to remember things and build a great customer relationship.

They did a full and thorough inspection, quickly analyzed the situation and most importantly, got rid of the pest problem. Highly recommended!

I found John Kelly, owner of Kelly Pest Control about 4 years ago, when the Quadroplex I live in had mice. Not only did John get rid of my mice, but he did so in the most humane way possible. That kind of consciousness is important to me (yes, I’m a tree hugging hippie at heart). He found the source of my problem and fixed that, when other pest companies only treated the symptom (traps and poison for the mice). He actually took the time to find the two small holes in the exterior wall where they’d been coming in… and he repaired them! Problem solved.
Six months later I got an influx of ants… HUNDREDS of ants! Once again, John came out and unlike my previous pest person (who wanted to spray poison inside my silverware drawer in the kitchen… don’t worry he said — it’s non toxic once it dries)…what a bunch of B.S. John said absolutely NO SPRAYING inside the house! (thank you for sharing my sentiment about pesticides). Instead he placed some gel/​bait in the strategic places and the ants carried it back to their nest to the Queen… and, tah-​dah!!! No more ants.
In fact, I’ve not had ants or mice since then. But I’m ashamed to admit that I have had fleas. And… yup…he fixed that too. With the drought, the flea population went bananas. I’ve since changed the topical flea preventative that I use on my dog and all is well again. But without his flea treatments, it would’ve taken me forever to get rid of those horrible things.
I highly recommend John Kelly. He’s been in the business over 25 years; he continues his education several times a year to stay on top of the latest technology in pesticides, and his is a Family Owned business. It’s important to me to support LOCAL Mom&Pop type businesses. I’m not a fan of Big Corporate anything.

I’ve been dealing with rats for many years @ my place of business I can’t tell you all the various methods that have been tr’ed. Finally I had enough I searched around and found Kelly to be the most helpful over the phone’ so I decided to call him back and have ‘him give me an estimate to take care of this problem once and for all. He was just as helpful in person as he was over the phone. His bsd was more than reasonable for the work that needed to be done, Well three months later and then some and still no rats, THANK You Kelly Pest Control you have my vote.

John responded quickly, cost-​effective, and gave extremely helpful advice. I will call him next time I have a problem!

First of all… this guy actually COMMUNICATES and calls back. Which, by all accounts, shouldn’t be impressive, but in this business apparently is. He is kind, honest and forthright. He doesn’t try and sell you something you don’t need… like yearly contracts. Even better is that he gave us the information on reducing the likelihood of rodents by tree trimming, moving wood piles, etc. He’s just a really nice guy that you can trust. We have been clients of his for about 6 months and I would go to him any time I have a need.
Finally…he also cares about your animals and wouldn’t spray anything toxic unless necessary and provides all warnings to protect your pets.

Responsive, professional, honest and didn’t waste my time or money. Enough said.

Kelly Pest Control (KPC) did an awesome job two weeks ago. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I called a few exterminators before & I decided on KPC… I’m glad I did. There prices are reasonable and I wasn’t charged for unnecessary work. John Kelly took care of the rodent and dealt with a very anxious tenant. Don’t hesitate to call KPC believe me you will be happy you did!

After a miserable experience with an unethical competitor, I found John Kelly. The competitor indiscriminately spread poison which resulted in dead rats in our walls — and when we complained, his go-​to solution was a chain saw.
John and his partner cleaned up after this guy, including treating the house for the elusive rat mites. Since then, he has provided responsive, friendly service as needed. He comes by to check outside non-​toxic bait to monitor for the presence of rats every other month. When rat presence is indicated, he kills them with snap traps, avoiding rat mites, odor and secondary poisoning. His charge is reasonable.
My wife and I are very happy with his service. Highly recommended — and watch out for the competitor.
