Wallace Termite and Construction

Recommended by my roofer. I had some work done to replace siding on my chimney. Very professional. Showed up on time. Job was done in 2 days. My chimney looks fabulous. Thanks again Wallace.

As a Real Estate Broker, I hold service providers to a very high standard when I recommend them. I have been using Wallace Termite & Construction for my pest inspections for over 10 years. James Joachim does the vast majority of my inspections. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest & professional. He is also a very friendly, and interacts so well with clients that EVERY time James has been to a property, I have received very positive feedback from my clients, whether they are the buyers or sellers. In my business, it is rare to find a service provider whom I can rely on consistently, year after year. The office staff – Linda & Mandy– are also very friendly and helpful with scheduling and billing. The owner-​Dave– goes to great lengths to keep everyone happy, and in the construction business, that is not an easy thing to do! They have also done many repairs for me/​my clients for dryrot, fungus & termites, as well as kitchen & bath remodels, siding repairs, and decks. I’m not recommending this company to any body.
Worst construction company. Scheduled work to be done in 4 days, after week and half the work still incomplete.

Scheduling to get the work done took 4 days-​not good when trying to sell the house. Two men did five hours of work replacing some siding and wood trim pieces and a window sill for a a cost of $ 1,445.00. Work was done well.

I’m surprised to hear others had bad experiences. We used them a few years ago and they were professional and courteous, plus did a great job for us.

I would never ever recommend Wallace Termite to anyone. They are fraudsters, they will definitely claim there are huge dry rot issues, leaks and other added issues and on top of that their prices for repairs are insanely huge. I don’t know why the realtors recommend them, don’t know what the deal is but they are very unprofessional and make home owners life miserable. I am doing some research on how the license of these inspectors can be revoked, I have the proof just a matter of time.

These guys come out and give estimates that a potential seller has to pay for. They are way overpriced. Their prices are twice what a normal contractor would cost. I would never use these guys and would warn everyone not to use them. They are nice, but they get you in the pocket book where it counts!

I called Wallace Termite to inspect my home before purchasing about 3 years ago. The man who did the inspection went so above and beyond I was extremely impressed. My realtor said he was the owners son, but it was a while back so I don’t remember his name? I didn’t have any termites, but he told me about a leak in a pipe under the house and a patch on the roof that needed to be repaired. He was definitely knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the job he did and I would recommend Wallace Termite to anyone!
