History
Established in 1930.
Ernest D. Rowand, first opened the business during a time when most business were closing its doors due to The Great Depression. Ernest made it his mission to instill hard work and dedication to all of his employees, producing a loyal and reliable company, with traits that are still engrained in the business today.
Two decades later, Alfred Christensen began to work for ED Rowand & Son Plumbing and Heating. He began to learn the tools of the trade. After working and learning from Mr. Rowand for 20 years, the torch was passed to Christensen, making him the second proud owner.
Christensen took what he learned, in both skill and services, and taught his eventual successor, Henry Benitez. Benitez learned the fundamentals of plumbing, home improvement, and customer service which transgressed his knowledge into developing a strong work ethic and customer service skills. When Christensen felt that Benitez was ready, he gave the business over to Benitez, making him the third proud owner!

Now, over 80 years since the doors of ED Rowand & Son Mechanical has opened, the company is now family owned and operated. Henry has incorporated the help of his wife Donna, and daughter Christine. Together with the rest of the ED Rowand family, they strive to continue the legacy of providing outstanding customer service, along with exceptional quality work. Their work is incomparable to the rest and most importantly affordable.
