There are various kinds of delicious pizza and salad. The most important thing is CiCi is very cheap and has discount for utd students(just $ 6 including drink).

A $ 5 meal for the UTD students. When I crave for pizzas I crash in here. Awesome pizzas, a large smörgåsbord of pizzas I would say. Can even order custom pizzas apart from the ones on the buffet. Soup is the other thing I would fancy here. The salad spread is pretty decent too. Not a great fan of desserts but they are good. Especially the sugar brownie and cinnamon rolls. Soup, salads, desserts and UNLIMITED pizzas, how can one miss this!!!

This place usually used to satisfy me but now there has been some changes which I don’t like at all 1.they finally got stuffed crust on the buffet but the problem I have is that stuffed crust only comes with pepperoni pizza which I can’t eat 2.they changed the size of the pizza, the pizza that we could order per our likings they made it way smaller, I liked it when they used to have normal size pizza 3.and finally I noticed last time i went while some of us were still eating a lady came and started cleaning up which isn’t that bad but I feel like they should clean after we leave But you know what, overall it’s not that bad after all the pizza tastes good, it’s a little too thin but it works and they have smiling and welcoming workers

Worst service. they stopped making pizzas and garlic bread and 9.20pm. We asked for garlic breads and they said its on the way. but it never came. One mexican waitress so pathetic that she came to our table and she was asking us to pass on the plates for her. As if we were there to to do the cleaning work. Never go this branch. There are many good Cicis chains.

Five stars for personal pizzas! They are always the best. I came here 15 minutes before closing & I was given outstanding customer service. I was even asked if I wanted a personal pizza made, so I could have something fresh. I was not expecting that. I ordered 3 pizzas, & they were wonderful. No one rushed my group even when they closed. Also, I like the choice of arcade games there is.

Yes it’s not top-of-the-line gourmet pizza, but it’s very good. I agree with other reviewers: if you just go for the standard pizza, you’re doing it wrong. Request a custom pizza or dish(the pepperoni flip is my personal favorite). Well worth the wait and well worth the entry price by itself(but of course you can get everything else without a limit). This place is great for us broke college kids, families, and someone just craving pizza. I’ll definitely go back!

we go to this location frequently but this time it was bad. at least we got to be there half of our lunch. these people came in with two small boys and let them run rampant around the store. they were fingering the soft drink dispenser, removing or trying to remove the small plastic indicators, then the cinnamon rolls cam out fresh so we made a mad dash to get a few while they were hot. good thing we did because the kids once again made a mess of the rolls. we finally got the manager to make them stop. one more thing. there is a girl there with a bun haircut that continued to say ANDELEANDELE! very irritating.

The best place for buffet near UTD ! Enjoyed a wide variety of pizzas all in one place. The staff were friendly to prepare pizzas of our choice in addition to the ones they already have.

One word… OUTSTANDING! It had been years since I had eaten at Cici’s and there have been some BIG changes. Mainly the salad bar. Remember the self service salad bar? You don’t see them much anymore except at high end steak houses. I had just came in to check the pizza but my jaw dropped when I saw the recent(two week old) revamped salad bar. A few of the FRESH all you can eat options: Grape tomatoes Broccoli florets Three type of olives Snow Peas! Glorious chopped radish! And a to die for pasta salad I made two trips! Then there was the pizza. Hot, abundant and meaty. Many meat and vegetarian options including gourmet spinach and cheese. The desert bar looked good but I hate sweets. LIE! I saved room for the cheesecake pizza and cinnamon rolls. Service was flawless and polished. Dirty plates were removed when you got up for more and they checked on me three times. Need a refill on soda? They will do it. The location is perfect! Right on the cusp of tony Canyon Creek and UTD so you know the other guest also knew a great value. Finally — it was SPOTLESS! I spilled the salad dressing and it was cleaned up in a flash! Will I be back and is this a new go-to. YES!

If you are eating here, you really need to step back and figure out where it all went wrong.

This is not a place that I would choose to go, but I was scheduled to attend a birthday party for my grandson here so I called ahead to see if there was anything on the menu I could actually eat. Eating gluten free has a lot of challenges and gluten is everywhere, it’s always best to call ahead when in doubt. So I gave them a call and spoke with a young girl. I explained I would be attending a birthday party and was wondering if there was anything on the menu that was gluten free. She then asked me about when I wanted to schedule the party and how many people were in the group. Uh, I don’t think I was speaking Chinese! I interrupted her questioning and clarified that the party was already planned for the following Saturday and I just wanted to know if there was anything gluten free on the menu that I could eat. She seemed to be confused and then said let me ask the manager, who apparently was standing near by and I heard him curtly respond to her question about anything on the menu gluten free with a very brisk NO! Gee sorry to interrupt your day with questions about work. So upon hearing that and the fact that I read that some Cici’s have chicken wings I asked you do have salad right? She affirmed that, then I asked do you also serve chicken wings? She said yes. I asked are they dusted with flour before they are baked or fried and she said no. I said, «Well then you do have gluten free items on your menu! Please tell your manager so he will know when others ask!» I got the impression I was imposing on them! On the day of the party I wasn’t sure what to expect, but as I was ordering I asked if I had to pay the buffet price just for salad then order the wings separate. The cashier seemed a bit confused, I do believe she would have charged me for both, but a very sweet young lady filling the salads interjected that it would be better for me to order a side salad with my wings. I again asked if the wings were dipped in flour before cooking and she kindly went to find out. All that being said the wings were delicious! I got the garlic Parmesan wings which were a bit on the greasy side but then that’s what it’s all about. And kudos to the young lady who seemed to have more brains than the average fast food worker and went out of her way to get information and make sure I got the best deal! You’ll go a long way honey with that attitude!

Excellent managers. Kind and awesome customer service. The food is okay-good. But my expectations are relatively low for the price.

We are talking about a $ 5 pizza buffet so if you want gourmet, you’re obviously in the wrong place. Also, if youre sticking to the pizza on display, you’re doing it wrong. They’ll make any pizza for you, so my recommendation would be for a Pepporoni Flip(it’s a calzone) with extra cheese or a Pepperoni Pizza Roll with extra cheese. On their own, they are worth the price of admission.

Cheap pizza that is close to eating cafeteria food. I wouldn’t complain since I chose to come here. Didn’t really expect much knowing their food quality had gone down hill. 20 yrs ago CiCi’s was the pretty nice and their pizzas looked real. Now their pizzas look similar to Totinos but you get more for the money. If you’re a starving and broke this place is best to fill up that hungry stomach. That is why I came here and I did fill up on carbs. My favorite pizza was the taco pizza but now it is the spinach pizza. Also if you look on the back of the receipt there is a survey you fill out to get the $ 3.99 adult buffet deal. Save money and eat more!

Very clean inside. I’m used to being greeted with a «welcome to CiCi’s!!!» When I walk in to other CiCi’s, instead I was greeted by the most apathetic teenage girl who didn’t say a word; just stared at me like I was wasting her time. The pizza was about normal but almost every other time I have been to another CiCi’s the person behind the counter asks if you need anything special. Here, at this CiCi’s, my kids and I were treated to teenage employees calling each other b**ches and n**gas. The messed up thing is they were neither female or black. If im going to pay $ 17 for subpar pizza for myself and 2 kids, I at least don’t want to deal with suburban kids quoting Ice Cube. F*ck da CiCis.

Love their special order option — dbl. mushrroms, ham & jalapenos is my combo! No one gets stuck with buffet choices despite the generally large variety of pizzas on the buffet line. Love their desserts — especially cinnamon rolls. Carbonated drinks plus sweet/unsweet tea options; free refills! Great option for a quick meal at a low cost. Nearby parking is limited at their busiest times, so we aim to visit at off-peak times and get our special-made pizza. Staff are generally very friendly, helpful, and do pay attention to cleaning dining room and serving lines often as needed. Caveat: they close down buffet about 30 minutes before closing, but will make a pizza to order if you come just before closing!

Cici’s I assume you know is a large chain with many franchise operators. This location was remodeled some time ago and still draws a respectable crowd. The pizza is certainly not gourmet however you can have all you desire to eat. The toppings are rather sparse on some of the pizzas. Some customers grab all of one pizza as soon as it is displayed. Folks – they will bring our more. They have desert which is a desert pizza, sweet rolls, or other sweets. they are rather good. The salad bar, which is included in the buffet price, has mostly lettuce and some tomatoes with a few dressings. The salad is for mass consumption and not the greatest. There is pasta however the last two times, the pasta was so gooey and stuck together one could not eat it. There are several vending and game machines or the kids. This is a low cost type pizza place so don’t expect high quality — just lots of food. Currently great carry out prices 3 for $ 10

This is a slightly cleaner version of your standard CiCi’s pizza location. I came here back in the 90s when it wasn’t so clean… and the paint job, newer furniture and overall cleanliness are appreciated, trust me. The pizza is standard. No, it’s not fine dining by any stretch, but it’s not awful. Their cheese pizza is even GOOD if you manage to get a slice right out of the oven. Yes, it will burn your face off, but when it’s THAT fresh, the crust is actually delicious. I know it sounds crazy, but trust me. Their salad is passable. I like whatever dressing they use on their faux-Olive Garden-style«italian classic» salad they’re offering now. It’s not the standard god awful«low-cal Italian» that they usually have. Which automatically makes it a win. Most of the cherry tomatoes on my salad were fresh tasting, and the croutons were crunchy. Lettuce isn’t fancy, but it was fresh. Also, like all CiCi’s, they’re good about bringing pizza to your table if you order something that’s out of stock on the buffet. My friend wanted some of their Alfredo pizza(two of my friends love that pizza so damn much. I don’t get it), and it was brought out promptly. When I went back to the buffet for more plain cheese pizza, there was one sad looking slice left. The woman working said they had one in the oven and they’d be more than happy to bring me over some slices when it was done. Hooray! Cheese-burned mouth, but delicious crust crunch! Their sodas were oddly fizzy. Not sure if something was malfunctioning, but the sodas would sputter and spit out all this foam before going back to normal flow. They tasted okay, though. If you’ve never been to CiCi’s before, it’s a cheap pizza buffet with decent salad(don’t like the pasta, but I see plenty of people eating it). Not the highest quality ingredients(duh, look at the price), but it definitely hits the spot every once in a while. In my opinion, this place is head and shoulders above Mama’s Pizza which actually tasted freezer-burned the last time I was there. I can’t think of another buffet-style pizza place like CiCi’s. the few Pizza Hut locations that still DO the buffets are few and far between. Mr Gatti’s is usually awful and full of screaming children(not that CiCi’s isn’t, but not THAT full of screaming children), Straw Hat Pizza is a joke, Peter Piper Pizza is the ghetto Mr Gatti’s, which is really saying something. CiCi’s usually has a small game room with some arcade games and a claw game or two. Not the level that Gatti’s has, not a Chuck E Cheese(or Showbiz pizza as it was called when I was a kid) or any of those.

In terms of buffets and cheap pizza, Cici’s Pizza ranks pretty well on the list. This particular Cici’s location is one of the cleaner, brighter venues, and their staff is typically friendly and welcoming. I don’t have anything bad to say about the food at this location: the salad is fresh, the pizza is warm, and the cooks put new pizzas on the buffet frequently. This location, however, lacks ambiance. Its floors and walls are a sickly yellow and reminiscent of the dining hall at a cheap nursing home. If you can close your eyes while you eat, there’s hardly a better place in the area to get a big lunch or dinner for $ 5.

I can’t believe that this place gets multiple stars from anyone. I went here once, big mistake! In my experience the only time this place comes up in conversation is when people talk about which places have the worst pizza(to be fair, this slop doesn’t count as pizza in my book). I’m sure some of the people who give CiCi’s positive reviews are influenced by the low price. Low price? Really? They have the lowest quality ingredients available, odds are if you get a hair in your food it will have split ends… gotta keep things consistent ya know? Save yourself some money and cook at home or dumpster dive. Both are better and cheaper alternatives. I’m not one to trash a place but this is a place in need of trashing. I would give it 5 stars if you are looking for a place to send someone you don’t like. If they aren’t gullible enough to go to a high crime area in the middle of the night, send them to CiCi’s so they can get sick like I did.
