The two guys who worked on my car yesterday were very nice and helpful! Another company cut the sensor off and ruined the inside of my rim which caused me to have a slow leak in my tire. The guys showed me the damage, let me take a picture of it and gave me advice on how I should make the other company pay for my damaged rim. I greatly appreciated their honest and quick service!

This service shop was recommended to me by a AAA tow truck driver who towed me there once because my starter died. I was satisfied with the repair job and experienced no issues. However, I returned for a different repair on another occasion and after the owner gave me a verbal estimate, he «fixed» additional items without my authorization and then charged me an extra $ 275. I had to pay the amount in full ($ 975) in order to retrieve my vehicle. Making repairs without prior authorization is an illegal practice in MA, as well as failing to provide a customer with a detailed written estimate (Consumer Protection Act Ch 93A, CMR 5.05). After notifying him of this, he chuckled and refused to refund the excess. I called Consumer Affairs to arrange mediation who informed me that they believe that there are other complaints about this service shop. Bottom line: I highly recommend getting your car repaired elsewhere. I ended up taking my case to court and I lost. The judge was a man with «knowledge» of car repairs and he claimed I did not have a case which is peculiar since the law clearly states otherwise.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Not personable and looking out only for himself. Messed my car up once and will never return. I would take it to a better place.
