Top Auto Repair

Brought two of our SUVs in this week and John and his top notch mechanics had them repaired at more than reasonable cost. The absolute best, no song-and-dance or bs.

Got my car there early on a Sunday morning. They replaced the left front axle and a bunch of wheel stuff in under three hours. Accommodating and friendly staff who took the time to explain exactly what was being done and why. $ 1,100 total for left axle, caliper, hub, pads, rotor, and outer rod.

These guys are amazing. They do great work and have good customer service. I have a 2009 Nissan Murano that was stalling out. I took it to Nissan and they couldn’t figure out the problem. They said it could cost me thousands to have them diagnose the problem. I brought it to my local mechanic and he kept it for 3 months then told me it would cost thousands to fix all of the problems and the car was junk and said that I should just get rid of it.
In one afternoon top auto figured out that 1 wire was grounding out and causing all of my problems! It only ended up costing me around $ 600! I am extremely satisfied and will refer everyone I know

I am a female customer of Top Auto, and they always take care of me. I have a very old car, and they keep it running. I bring it in for routine maintenance. I am very pleased with the female friendly environment. There is no intimidation at all. They present me with various types of repair options. The facility is very clean. Top Auto is a great place.

Tiffany the shop manager is super nice and sweet. Doug, mechanic who worked on my car, was very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out what was wrong. I went in knowing that I probably had a brake pad issue but Doug showed me everything. Once he had the tired off he brought me over to see the brake pads and explained how they would wear down. They called three different places to get best brake pad price and even gave me options of which type of pad I wanted (basic, good, very good). They were not pushy about about which type I chose. The whole repair from getting at the shop to leaving was two hours which was very reasonable. I chose the premium brake pads and had an oil change as well so the total was $ 260 (brake pad repair $ 230; oil change $ 30). Overall a great place to get your car repaired. The only downside is there isn’t a real waiting area so you have to sit in where they fix the cars (which I don’t mind it is interesting to me). Plus, when the price is do affordable to fix your car, who cares where your waiting!
