Don’t buy your car here just don’t, I drove one I liked it I bought it right away. On the first week, the carr it’s breaking a part and this called professional did whatever it’s on their hands to avoid me and pay for the repairs. I also meet a guy who that same thing happened on this place.

Do not take your car to this guy he’s a rip off. This has been the worst experience I have ever seen I pulled up and asked for an estimation about 10 minutes later the guy finally comes out first question he asked is if I’m going to take cash or is this through the insurance I told him that I was going to pay cash. He wants the round my car I had a small dent on my bumper and a small dent on my trunk door a couple inspecting the car for a good five minutes and he told me that it will cost me $ 1200 so I asked him so I asked him if he was going to replace any parts, how much were the parts? How many hours of labor how much is labor per hour? so he looked at me and laughed and said it’s going to be $ 1200 we don’t work like that, there will be no parts replaced it straight up labor. And if I wanted to replace the parts it’s going to cost me three grand for two small dent. I only one there because I was in the area I’m taking it to someone else that’s willing to do it for $ 600 I just want to get a second opinion. So I just looked at him and said you’re a fucking piece of shit go fuck yourself I will not be fixing my car if you’re not going to tell me how much is the labor and how much are the parts will have a nice day.

Exotic Collision Center did a great job with my car! They are very reliable and quick. The owner, Johnny, is a very pleasant guy as well. I’ll be back here when my car needs work done!

I saw them on the way out of the DMV and needed my inspection sticker, so I stopped by. They wanted to charge 5 $ extra to replace my plates! once the inspection was done, the guy said they only take cash, not even checks! I had to walk to a boa ATM under the rain. It says no where that they are a cash only business. When I told the guy that he said everybody knows, are you new?
I would recommend going anywhere but here!!!

So came here the other day to get my sticker updated and had quite an uncomfortable experience.
I was waiting in the lobby with another customer whom was also waiting for their sticker renewal. She was just standing there waiting for some help. I inquired if she was being helped and she said she hadn’t and has been waiting in the front counter for a while. I made our presence known by intentionally standing in front of the open window so they could see me. Why was no one manning the front counter for so long?
While waiting, we saw the owner going on a tirade about how they aren’t making enough money, screaming at his employees that he’s going to start deducting money from their checks. argument after argument with some employees right in front of us! We heard exchanges such as «I hired you to make me money, not to listen to you» after the employee was trying to justify what it was they were arguing about. We didn’t say anything. and after he left the waiting area, we looked at each other and come to the general consensus that that was highly unprofessional.
After the other customer’s vehicle was inspected, the owner came back out and made small talk with her. The conversation consisted of him saying how divorce was how he was bringing in the new year. Seriously!?? He was venting to a customer about his upcoming divorce. and I saw the look of «WTF» on her face. with a fake smile. she was highly uncomfortable. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
I’ve come here three years now for my sticker renewal. but never again. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism I saw here.

I went there to get state inspection, because it is right next to the RMV. After about 15 minutes, the guy comes out and very impatiently, without looking at my face goes:
— Drive 100 miles and then come back
— … What?
— Drive 100 miles and then come back. You have 60 days.
— I don’t understand.
— Your car didn’t pass the test. Did you disconnect the battery recently? (Doesn’t wait for my answer) If you have any questions, you can call this number (gives me the RMV number, not theirs). Your car is outside.
… And turns to next customer.
This guy talks to customers like he’s talking to his 5-​year old kids.

Only in the last couple years did I learn how to change my own tire. That is why it is so important for me to deal with reputable body shops and mechanics.
While getting my inspection sticker done with only a couple months left on my lease I had the place look at a cracked tail light and a few minor dings and bumper scuffs. This guy could have taken me to the cleaners and offered to fix it all for over $ 1,000 in repairs. Instead he told me that all of it will be OK under standard wear and tear on a lease agreement. I paid for my inspection sticker and left.
A few months later I traded in the lease and this mechanic here was spot on, the dealer didn’t charge me anything and I didn’t have to pay anything in unneeded repairs.
