Excellent service came in for safe deposit box key and did it while I wait. I have come here several times always had a good experience with keys made.

Great service, excellent price! They charged me 10x less than the other 3 locksmiths I called! Very quick service and very friendly, will certainly be back for all of my lock/​key needs!

Pro: This place actually exists, unlike the vast majority of locksmiths listed in the area.
Cons: I drove by twice during posted business hours. Both times, the lights were on but the door was locked, with no indication of when they’d be back. I can understand they might not have someone to sit there all the time, and might be out on a call… but posting hours and just not being there during those hours is disrespectful to your potential customers. They wasted my time. How hard would it be to put up a «Will be back at…» sign?
Also, this place seems far more focused on ink cartridge refilling than locksmithing. The big letters in the window are all about ink, and only small letters indicate it’s also the locksmith. For a moment, I thought the locksmith was gone, replaced by an ink guy, and they hadn’t changed the marquee yet.
They might be perfectly good locksmiths, but I don’t know and can’t recommend them.

I got tired of going to Home Depot to have keys made only to have to go back because they didn’t work. This has happened to me 4 times. Just got a key made at Baldino’s and it was a perfect fit on the first try!

I used them recently to have the locks on my new condo replaced and serviced. Frankie the service guy was on time, friendly, and explained in detail what he fixed and how to maintain my locks so they’d last longer. I was able to pay with a credit card which was good since I didn’t have any cash on me. Don’t know if I got a good deal or not since this was the first time I have ever used a locksmith, but the price did not seem exorbitant.
This wasn’t an emergency service so I can’t comment on how quick their turnaround was. I walked into their store to make the appointment. Their main dispatch office is in Chantilly.
