I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. These idiots should not be in business and to Home Depot shame on u for even considering working with these assholes.

If I could give them 5 negative stars I would!
This company is totally SHADY and the opposite of «INTEGRITY.» Trying to work with these jerks has been a nightmare.

Integrity appliance???
I had a micro hood under warrenty from a DIY center they booked this company to do the work.
We were booked for Tuesday between 8am and 12pm (I took the day off work)
They didn’t show up.
When I called, the person told me they took four days off and have a hundred people to see.
«We can’t do it today»
The person was very irate and let me know if I have I have a problem call the DIY center.
I told her I would be making a complaint.
She said ok go find someone else if your going to do that.

My story matches the other horror stories below. Do not use. Do not allow yourself to be assigned to them.
GE was going to service my new, $ 6000 range. But GE assigns such things to this company. Three hours into my four hour appt. window, a rude, belligerent woman called to say, «We’re completely booked today, so we have to give you an appointment for another day.» What did I originally have? A potential appointment? She wouldn’t admit I’d had an appointment, and insisted she was calling to schedule for the first time. When I said I didn’t want to make another appointment, she said, «Then I’m canceling this appointment.» As if they hadn’t already cancelled by not showing up. Stay away.

I had an appointment which was made by GE for today between 12 – 5. That is 5 (let me spell is out, F-​I-​V-​E hours of waiting around).
They never showed or called. When calling their office a machine says «All customer blabla are busy». Sure. «please hold the line». Sure. Nothing happens. I called 3 times. Nothing.
Lets face it, appliance repair in LA (and everywhere else) have lousy customer service, dont speak english and are just rude. 5 hours wasted for nothing. Thanks assholes.

I purchased the extended warranty for my GE range. I had a problem and a repair person was sent from Integrity. He told us that this is a recurring problem that he has seen many times. He also told us there was nothing he could do because GE designed the range to heat up to the point that the knobs can’t be touched with bare hands. He said that he would file a report with GE documenting this, and I should call GE. Sounded a little strange, but I called. GE had no report. I called Integrity to see when the report would be filed. The woman who answered the phone told me there would be no report because nothing was wrong. She then asked me if I knew it was 2015 because the range was purchased in 2009, and I should have noticed this earlier. Then she hung up on me when I told her this wasn’t acceptable. What!!! I actually pay for this service? Do NOT use this company.

Here’s your «integrity.»
I’ve got a warranty on my dishwasher and they appointed «Integrity» to do the service call, and told me I’d get a call between 8am and 12noon Saturday. No call. Called «Integrity» 10:30am Saturday and their voicemail says they are now closed BUT ALSO SAYS IN THE SAME MESSAGE that they are open Mon-​Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 8 to 12.
No show, no one called.
Ok, and the name is «Integrity» ??? How about «Maybe» Appliance Repair, or «Confused about when we’re open» «Appliance Repair, but not INTEGRITY ???
I left a message for manager or owner to call and some tech calls Monday.
Manager or owner never called back. (Strike 3)
Fortunately, the warranty company gave «Integrity» TWO complaints/​bad marks, both for the no-​show and also for the misleading voicemail message AND the best part — they then appointed a legitimate, real, appliance company who actually fixed the dishwasher.

Made an appointment through Home Depot for warranty repairs. Waited for them for 4 hours. They didn’t show up or call. Called their phone number and all I got was an answering machine, left message and still no reply. Company has no integrity. Stay away.

They don’t even deserve 1 Star… Appointment was made, confirmed, and no one showed up, or called to advise they weren’t coming… My wife and I waited ALL day for a serviceman, and not a word from this company… 3 messages into customer service, and NOTHING! RUN as fast as you can AWAY from Integrity Appliance…

UPDATE: yes it gets worse! Service tech called then I asked how far he was away… And he hung up on me and now can’t get a hold of him. I called customer service again (I’ve called twice) her response was yelling «I HAVE MILLIONS OF CLIENTS I CANT HAVE YOU CALLING EVERY 10 MINUTES» … Ummm I called an hour ago when I had been waiting 3 hours and a tech never showed up in the appointment window. I tried to explain to her that I was leaving and had to give her my bfs number to let the tech in the gate if he ever gets here. She yelled at me again saying I WASNT LISTENING … What!!! Then I asked if he was still coming and yelling again she said I DONT KNOW IM IN THE OFFICE I HAVE NO IDEA! … Ummm what do I do know? Who knows if they’ll show up… NEVER EVER EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR SERVICE! My appliance insurer will no longer use them for service calls and neither will I
Another update: she then called my boyfriend and yelled at him. We still don’t know if they’ll ever show up… I’m guessing no.
Like many others on here I would never recommend this company. We were scheduled with them through our appliance insurance and I will be asking our insurance not to use this company again. We had a time window of 11am-​2pm I called at 1pm asking if they were en route and was answered that they will DEFINITELY be there in the time window, before 2pm. I called again at 2:10pm as they still hadn’t arrived and she said they’re at the stop before you and said she couldn’t give me a time estimate … Maybe 10 mins maybe an hour. She said she’s in the office and they’re in the field so there’s no way to know. I said «you told me he would be here for sure by 2pm» she said «when you make an appointment with AT&T don’t they give you a time window too?» I said «yes, but normally if a company isn’t going to arrive in the time window they call and let you know or call with a 30 min heads up» she responded «well there’s no way for me to know since I’m in the office and the technician can not answer his phone» then asked if I’d like to reschedule. NO! I’ve taken the day off and spent the past 3 hours waiting for this guy to arrive. So now I’m still waiting with no time estimate. This company sucks with customer service. Don’t waste your time. Find a company with better reviews and honest service, there’s many on Unilocal.DON’T USE THIS COMPANY… Maybe I’ll update if they ever arrive. But so far … Not looking good.

Andrew was a great service technician. He quickly solved the problem and was very nice throughout the process. He explained to me what the issue was as well.
I highly recommend this company and definitely ask for Andrew!

Beware!!! This place deserves a zero for lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and lack of integrity just like the co. Name. What a horrible experience and complete waste of time. Home Depot apparently uses these people on extended warranties. I was unlucky to have to deal with them. This was scheduled thru Home Depot and things were fine until the appointment. Russian tech with heavy accent was supposed to arrive before 5pm, was running late and came at 640pm! He looked at the washer turned it on even tho I warned him it’s leaking and had flooded the floor, he turned it on anyway and made another mess that we had to throw some extra towels down to clean up.
He then says he needs to order a part and wants to leave quickly, like without an explanation. Ok… so how long does it take for the part?! They took a week and came back only to show up too early and missed the scheduled appt. the guy left. It was another tech and they left so the appt was cancelled! Called the office and the lady and guy who answered couldn’t have been more rude and dismissive. They can care less about customers. The worst place ever :(

An appointment was made by Lowe’s… Received a call back from Integrity stating that they’d have to push it out a week! She was unprofessional, dismissive and seemed she couldn’t care any less about whether they received the business or not!

Horrible look at the reviews this is bogus and fraudulent their warranties are invalid and do to live up to anything

I am beside myself in trying to rationalize why my home warranty company used this company in the first place. So far in addition to having to pay Integrity Appliance’s deductible, I have had to pay out of my pocket for another appliance company to evaluate my built-​in microwave. Additionally, now my warranty company is sending out another vendor in consideration that Integrity Appliance’s assessment was no where near the same.
I was forced by my warranty provider to seek out my own microwave technician to dispute Dmitriy’s finding that my microwave panel wasn’t working due to excessive grease on the control panel. Needless to say, based upon his findings, my home warranty company would not cover any repair whatsoever needed on my microwave as they stated it was not due to normal wear and tear. After being in my home since only Aug 2014 with having a microwave that was performing perfectly without any issues, I found it extremely hard to believe their technician’s assessment especially since he didn’t examine any internal control factors at all. what is really cause for concern is that Dmitriy walked into my home, looked at the outside microwave door and touch screen, pushed some touch screen buttons, opened up the microwave door, closed it and then looked at its bottom. After his few minute visit, his diagnosis was that «grease from cooktop under the unit got on the control and doesn’t let customer select settings» in his own words as documented on the receipt.
I received a call from my home warranty company that due to their vendor’s exhaustive evaluation, they would not cover any of its needed repairs or its replacement. After I argued profusely with the warranty company that their vendor didn’t even remove a screw to see what was actually wrong with the unit, they contacted his company. They were misled as the lady working in the office of Integrity Appliance stated Dmitriy did a thorough examination of the control panel itself and he was 100% behind his diagnosis.
After having another vendor come out, he actually took apart the microwave and was able to show me a grease free control panel. Integrity Appliance’s representative didn’t do this as if he did, he too would have seen the absolutely grease free control panel that I now have pictures of. This vendor’s diagnosis was that not any grease was found on the electronic controls and that the touchpad doesn’t work properly due to normal wear and tear.
My warranty company is now sending out another repair technician for further investigation.

The tech came to my home to fix my GE built-​in refrigerator under warranty. All he could do was yell that the coils were dirty and he couldn’t fix it. I went to clean the coils later on, and I am not kidding. There was little or no dust at all. (I actually took pictures) iI called to have them come back out the next day and they were scheduled from 12−5p.m when I called at 4:45p.m they said he would not come to my house again.(I took off from work as to be there, they don’t care about anyone) So unprofessional, I am going to recommend that they are no longer a service provider for my warranty company. The next company came out, I showed them the before and after photos, and they could not believe that Integrity Appliance Company could say this. This tech should perhaps fix things in the shop, and should NEVER be sent to anyone’s home! Although I would be wary of him touching anything.

Their tech was sent out for a repair last week for a broken ice maker covered by warranty. This was the second visit overall, but first by this company since I told Lowes not to send the first company back. They couldn’t make it the day my appt was scheduled for, said they were too busy and rescheduled for the next day. I was told since I was bumped I would be the first appt of the day with a window of 9am-​1pm. Said they should be on-​site by 9:30am since I would be the first stop. 10am comes and no tech, call the company and the dispatcher Jose doesn’t know why the tech isn’t here yet. He puts me on hold and calls the tech, I’m given no reason but told he should be there in 15 – 30 minutes. Tech arrives about 45 minutes later, looks at the refrigerator while I explain the problems with the ice maker, and he comes up with… Filter. He checked the water valve and it works so suggests I change the filter and leaves. I asked a couple questions about why the door sensor lights aren’t working, why the foam behind the ice maker is soaking wet, and why the ice maker fan is running non-​stop but he didn’t have answers for any of it and stuck with his original call of filter.
We changed the filter, yet still no ice… Called Lowe’s again and was given an appt for Tues or Weds so I picked Weds afternoon. Integrity Appliance calls me to set up the appt and I’m told the next available appt will actually be Friday. Also, they questioned why I called for service since their tech said I needed a new filter. I explained that the filter was replaced and 5 days later still no ice.

I was having an issue with my refrigerator so I called a couple of companies and they were not able to solve the problem. When I got on the phone with integrity, they were immediately able to help me and they had the most accommodating staff.
When they came to my house they immediately recognized the issue I had with my ice maker and fixed it at a reasonable price. I wish more companies were as professional as this one
