This review is long overdue. I recently bought an entire bedroom set with a new mattress from Ronnie and Linda at LA Popular. I have had the same bedroom set for more than 25 years, so it was time… My husband I got a new mattress only a few years ago elsewhere and hated it, so I was a bit nervous buying a new mattress. Ronnie and Linda spent so much time with me and were so informative about all of their products! We are thrilled with all of our new furniture and LOVE our new mattress! Everybody at the store was patient and helpful! I totally recommend LA Popular for all furniture and mattress needs! THE BEST!

Are experience at La Popular was amazing! The customer service was excellent! Salvador, Patty & the entire staff are professional & honest. They never pressured us to buy anything ever. We were always made to feel welcomed with all of our questions answered & they were always available to us. They have a great selection of quality furniture & appliances. Yay!!! Came delivered by Christmas and beautiful! Everything from start to finish was better than we could have imagined. Everyone from the store, to the guys who came to set the bedroom up were more than professional. No trash, made sure that all the lighting worked, just amazing. My daughter is beyond excited to have her big girl room!!! Thank you Linda and Ronnie!!! Just such a wonderful thing you did for us! Happy Holidays, you know that there is one little happy girl.

Once again La Popular has made me a happy customer! I recently went in to buy a bed and was catered to by the owners who always go out of their way to help me find the perfect piece of furniture. During the buying process there was never any pressure to purchase something I didn’t want. The owner let me try out all the beds and took the time to explain each bed. I had a hard time making a decision as to what bed I wanted but the owners remained patient and helped me find something that made me happy. OUTSTANDING service, inviting atmosphere and great prices. I will definitely continue to go to La Popular

I recently brought a dresser here. It was on sale as advertised in a flyer that came in the mail. Patty helped me with the sale, she is very kind and helpful. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. The delivery was right on time and the guys were very professional. Love how the dresser looks!

The owners Linda and Ronnie are outstanding. They are kind, patient, and have a great staff, including an excellent delivery team. Not only do they have a good selection and prices, but they have access to plenty of high quality furniture not on the showroom floor, if you’re looking for higher end pieces. They can pretty much order anything you want. I highly recommend going here for furniture. A+

This is the best furniture store in the valley ! The owners are amazing and will work with you in order to ensure your experience is top notch. We needed a new bed so we went into La Popular and had a custom bed made. It was designed and made within 6 weeks. We absolutely LOVE our new bed. Thank you for helping make our dream bedroom. Great store. Can’t wait to furnish our living room soon. All the people that work there were helpful. We will be back!

This is one of the worst places to purchase from. I have to say the furniture quality is decent, however the Customer Service is horrible. I financed my bedroom set from here and almost every month when I call in to pay my bill I get a voice mail (Olivia’s).You would think they would want to get paid. I leave messages and never get a call back. When I call again they let me know I have been charged an extra $ 15.00 late fee. What a joke! Horrible Customer Service!

I must say, this is one of the worst furniture places I have ever dealt with! I was on a limited budget and since it was close to home, I decided to walk into LA Popular. Staff seemed desperate to make a sale! Anyway, I walked around and found something within my budget. Delivery was very late! What a wasted day. One time, I was 1 day late and these idiots kept blowing up my cell phone… I couldn’t answer because I was at work. So after 5 calls on that same morning, they called my job and references. Seriously!?!

Finally! Good service! I visited La Popular after a friend recommended it when I complained to her that I had recently been to another furniture store and the customer service was so poor that even though I found what I wanted, I didn’t want to give them my business. The moment I walked into La Popular, I was greeted promptly by Kevin and he did not hesitate to answer any of my questions or show me different tables that fit the description that I was looking for. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted — but do have a TON of catalogs of many different companies and can order just about anything! I am soooo happy that I ended up getting what I needed from a store who truly appreciates their customers. THANK YOU La Popular!!!

I was looking for some living room furniture and a friend referred me to LA Polular.
The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sofa and coffee table. The store is beautifully displayed and a pleasure to shop in. I have since recommended these guys to my friends and so far everyone has been very pleased. It’s nice to find a store that offers personal service. Great service guys WE WILL BE BACK.
