We specialize in local as well as cross country moving. We provide relocation for offices and large homes. We move apartments in hard to handle canyons that other companies turn away. We are also able to move big items such as pianos, as well as do hoist jobs.

We offer full packing, (fine china, figurines and paintings no problem) unpacking, crating, moving and storage solutions.

History

Established in 2000.

It was the winter of 1985 when the 2^nd largest accounting firm in the valley senior partner informed me that I was incharge of all the moving that would take place for their suite remodel. That was the 1^st job that size I had run by myself. It went off so well the foremen at Bekins quickly suggested I be promoted to foreman.

After many years of working for other companies and not agreeing with their policies, it took a 4 year stint at Public Storage to convince me to open my own company and go full time. In July of 2000 by my own urging I was layed off, by December 2000 Inside Moves was up & running.

Now the public gets what it needs, a moving company that provides great service at real rates performed by seasoned professionals that CARE.

Business Owner

Beginning in the moving industry summer of 1975 I started my career at Bekins now in Chatsworth. A college student I started as a helper in the summer and after my 3^rd summer became a full time helper. No intention of owning my own company but even back then I was already getting requested on moves by Bekins customers. From helper I became a packer learning how to keep the customer priceless fragiles safe. After mastering that I became a driver. Here I learned not only how to load the truck, but how to keep the customer, the crew and the company happy. The driver job is not to be over looked he is the glue he sets the pace of the crew as well as customer happy. It wasn’t many years after that I was made a foreman.

From there I went into sales where I learned what it takes to book a move the right way. After a working for many companies I took a break an helped Public Storage open Pickup and delivery.

In December 2000 we opened Inside Moves and never looked back.
