Had an issue with the lock on my gas cap for my Honda Ruckus. I received a fast response on the same day I called. The wafers were jammed and I definitely wasn’t about to try to drill anywhere near gas, Anytime did a great job of getting me access to the tank without damaging the cap! The lock was drilled out and no longer works… but it didn’t work beforehand anyway! Great experience.

I locked my key in my car by accident. And it was late and my phone was about to die. I found anytime locksmith on my phone and called. The person I talked to was very professional and nice. Asked me a few questions and said he would be there in 25 minutes. He was there before 25 minutes and was very fast at opening my car door and the price was very fair. I just wanted to thank you again so much for being there In my time of need. If you need your locks unlocked you should call anytime locksmith. They are fast and reasonably priced. Thank you so much Shay for helping me when I was in a bind.

Best locksmith ever!!! He was able to fix the trunk lock on my old VW Vanagon in a short time for a very very reasonable price, he even through in extra keys and helped me with my door panel that was a little busted up. This was by far the best experience i’ve ever had with a locksmith! Thanks!!!

The WORST customer service I have ever received. I had called this 24 hr locksmith around 2am because my house just got broken into and the robbers had stole an extra set of keys. He answered the phone and I told him the situation and he replied with «Can this wait till tomorrow?» I said «aren’t you a 24 hr locksmith? I do not feel safe in my home, it just got robbed.» He said ok I guess I’ll come. He stated he would be here within the hour. We stayed up till 5am waiting for him. I called to see where he was at and he answers the phone saying «oh sorry, I fell asleep». I said I haven’t been to sleep because we have been waiting for you all while you have been safe and sleeping. He then replied with «go call someone else» WORST SERVICE EVER!

Quoted $ 39 for service call and then charged $ 49. Rekeyed the entire house when only directed to do 2 doors. Charged $ 38 dollars for a tip — seriously!?! Totally took advantage of my daughter being there for me to let him in… NEVER AGAIN would I use this company and when people are looking for a locksmith I will be sure to suggest that they use anyone else!

I’d love to have written a review about Anytime’s service, but unfortunately I can only write a review based on the fact that Anytime refused my business, and quite rudely. After contacting them to see if the could reprogram a key fob for me, I was told that my make and model of car was «a real pain», and that he «didn’t want to do it».
I’m all for businesses conducting themselves as they see fit, and I can understand a locksmith not being able to reprogram a certain make of vehicle (another locksmith informed me that they did not reprogram my make, and was perfectly nice about it). However, making it seem like you don’t want to deal with a potential customer because their circumstances are «a real pain» may not be the best way to go about running your business. As a result, I won’t be contacting Anytime for anything at all.

Shay came out in less than 30 minutes on an early Saturday morning! I had locked my car keys in the trunk of my car.
He was courteous, professional and polite. He stated a fair price and he worked quickly.

HORRIBLE & Did NOT make good on paying for new door.
We just moved in to our new house and I went to put on brand new locks and handles on my 3 exterior doors. As soon as I began to try the front door I realized I was in over my head and called Anytime Locksmith. The kid answered (not owner Shay), came out the next day and after 4 hours had messed up, ALL 3 DOORS!!! To the point that my garage entry door had a hole in it. After repeated calls to the owner ‘Shay’, who was always «Out of town» he finally called back and came out. He acknowledged that the doors were bad, but told me that the new handles and locks I had were only to be put on ‘new doors’. I told him if his guy would have told me that I definitely would not have had him do it. He fixed our front door and he then agreed to pay for a new garage entry door, because of the hole his guy had left in our door. He said all I had to do was call him with the number of the door place and he would pay the bill over the phone. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. After several calls and the owner Shay being «out of town», each person took my name and the number for my new door and promised to pay. After 3 month. .. I have paid for the door and the installation of that door myself. I decided to wait several months to see if he would pay for the door before actually writing this review. .. but as you can see, I ended up having to write it. NEVER, NEVER use these guys.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and my entire house was rekeyed within 24 hours. I was very happy about that. He showed up right on time and even called to verify that he was on his way. He was super fast and efficient and even made a few extra keys so I wouldn’t have to make a trip to Home Depot. Woohoo! Highly recommended.

Seriously, a god send.
Quick to arrive/​unlock, personally professional, reasonably priced, and they get the job done!
The Story.
For some odd reason, EVERY TIME my wife leaves town, I lock myself out — go figure. I’ve used these guys twice, and both times they were able to deliver on opening my tricky front door. On top of that, it was late night on a Sunday evening, yet they arrived at my (locked) door within 15-​minutes.
Educating Your Customer.
After this experience, as much as they appreciate my business, they recommended to make a key copy (which they made me at no cost), and to stash it somewhere safe and out of sight, outdoors.
More Detail.
For added info, I have a very different type of lock, it’s one you would see used on commercial buildings, so it actually requires some weird fishing rod type of device, a ton of patience and skill, to unlock successfully (which they did!).
Highly Commendable and Recommendable.
I would recommend these guys to anyone, truly top-​notch service.

Shay made not one, not two, but three trips to our place to help us out. The first time he just looked around and told us what he could do. We needed to think about it so we sent him off and called back the next day. He returned and changed all our locks and installed a deadbolt. When the keys I had cut at Home Depot did not work on the deadbolt he came back again and fixed it. Then he cut a key based on the code for my 15-​year-​old truck, which was amazing because all I had was the old, worn out key that barely worked anymore. Shay is a rockstar. Call him.

I’ve used this company a number of times. My first review was a 5-​star rating and then I changed it to 1-​star because my appointment was a no-​call, no-​show.
After writing a poor review on Unilocal,the owner contacted me explaining there had been a family emergency earlier in the week which caused him to miss the scheduled appointment.
Shay is a nice guy, working hard to make a living. I realize things happen, it seems somewhere in the middle is a better rating.

I took my dog out for a quick walk this evening, and went out the garage with the clicker. It opened and closed the door just fine, but getting back in was another story.
