Excellent customer service and very helpful. They even gave my tips on how to get the best wash possible for my GSD.

This is a great local business and should get the full support of the community. Try and get there before 12 on Tuesdays for a cheaper bath. Employees are generally very helpful and operation is pretty straightforward with good amenities.

I’ve been washing my dog here for nearly 6 months. It’s cleanly and convenient.
Really was disappointed when my dog and I were recently turned away at 5:29pm. They close at 6:00pm but refused to take us because the attendant working there stated that she had already cleaned up for the day. Not sure why this was not stated when I called and drove across town after work. Word of advice: get there an hour before they close, at 5:00pm, or you will be turned away. Poor management, as there are numerous Unilocal reviews addressing this very same issue. Please address this.

First time visiting today with my girl! Very thankful I found this gem, it made it stress free for my little one and this place was so accommodating and clean!

They have all sorts of wonderful products available and I love how they leave a treat on the clean towels
Staff are stupid-​friendly making this a great experience on bath day (Winston might not entirely agree but he does seem pretty darn happy when we’re done for some reason)
Prices are very good. I love this place and just bought 10 more bath sessions.

My husband and I took our Akita here today and we absolutely loved it!!! The owner was super nice and very helpful. Everything you need to groom your dog is available and included in the price. The owner gave us THREE bottles of shampoo for our dog (which is all included in the price to use the bathing stall which was $ 17) and answered all of our questions regarding shedding and fleas. We tried bathing our big girl a few times at home and messed up our backs each time! This place was awesome!
She also has a vet clinic every so often at her business and it’s a lot cheaper than taking your dog to the vet. Definitely making this place a regular routine for our fur baby!!!

I want to start by saying we have had an exceptional experience. We had some unusual circumstances on our first visit. We called and left our information and the owner immediately called us back. She was so kind and wonderful and on our second visit both owner and staff exceeded our expectations. Not only did they rectify our first visit they provided above and beyond! Great place, our fur baby has found a home for grooming!!!

I generally like this place very much, but was disappointed to walk in at 5:20 PM and be told that I had to finish by 5:30 PM even though the window clearly said 5:45 PM. The woman explained that the window was out of date but that the website and Unilocal were both up-​to-​date. Well, I just read the details on Unilocal as of today, January 16, and it says last bath out by 5:45 PM. Guess she just wanted to go home early.

This place is great, friendly staff, all the items you need are on hand, and at a good price. Now only if my dog like taking baths. I do leave a mess with all the hair my dog sheds but they are very nice about it and completely understand. I have bought a few treats and some brushes from them, the brushes work great but the treats don’t last very long. They are just too yummy. I recommend this place all the time.

This place is great! They have everything you’ll need, they’re very friendly and its significantly cheaper than the groomers! We’ll definitely be back!

Nice enough place, though more expensive than others ($ 17 here, vs $ 10 at Petco Unleashed). And there’s a tip jar, which is weird… I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to take a dollar out of it, since, you know, it’s a SELF-​SERVICE wash and all!

Loved this place! Been trying to figure out the best way to bath new long legged pup. Place was so well laid out. Super organized. Very sweet and attentive staff. We will def be back as the super pup gets bigger and bigger. Make sure to call for specials as they change weekly. Thanks for a great first trip and being so helpful. Charlie is back to her super shiny self! Not to mention my three year old loved helping. Also quite nice that it is less than a block from the 190^th dog park. They can sure run up a stink there! Smart location.

My dog nephew Bruce was visiting from Sacramento and was in need of a bath after his 7 hour drive … Went on Unilocal and found uShampooch … Bruce enjoyed his bath. And his new bandana too! The facility was amazing. Very friendly staff — thank you uShampooch

My husband and I brought our two dogs here for the first time yesterday. When we walked in we were greeted very warmly by Lily. The first thing I noticed was how well organized and clean everything was! The stalls had everything you need to bathe your dog including shampoo, leave in conditioner, various brushes, ear cleaner with q-​tips and cotton swabs, aprons, towels, a blow dryer and even a special treat. We upgraded to specials shampoos that are available for $ 1 more. It was so much easier bathing our
dogs in the large basins that are high enough that you don’t need to lean over at
all. Afterwards, I showed Lily that I had checked in on Unilocal and our dogs each received a free organic marrow bone which they loved! The prices are extremely reasonable and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back again and again!

I used to go to a big retailer groomer for my welsh corgis grooming needs but it started to get expensive. I Unilocaled a self service dog grooming salon and found Ushampooch. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else again. Here’s why:
1) clean facilities! When you get a stall, it’s been vacuumed and cleaned of the previous dogs hair. The towels are folded and ready to go. Bottles are full of product. Apron is dry. And my dogs favorite, there’s a treat waiting.
2) friendly staff. I didn’t know where the location was. The woman on the phone was helpful, clear, and patient. Once I got there, It was my first time (clearly, with a «what do I do first» face) and the young man explained how it all works and what each bottle was and when to use it. I asked for a skin sensitive shampoo and it was only $ 1 extra. So worth it.
3) functional work station. Everything you could possibly need to wash your dog as best you can yourself is there. I’m no pro but my dog looks great, lol!
4) the price. you can’t beat $ 16 wash. You get everything you need PLUS spending quality time with my pup is always nice.
5) lily. I don’t know her outside of the five minute conversation we had, but she was kind, respectful, and courteous. I told her I would write a review and she asked me to be COMPLETELY HONEST even if it meant that my review was poor. She was really looking for ways to improve — none of which I can think of. Kudos to an owner who is constantly finding ways to better her business.
6) free bone marrow when you check in!!! My dog could not stop licking the crap out of the bone! She loved it so much!

Well just got turned away at 5:31 pm because they stop washes at 5:30 when they close at 6. Too bad I didn’t get to try the place. The worker said it was like how a restaurant closes 30 min before closing time; but I’ve actually never seen a restaurant turn people away 30 min before closing time.
Lost business of 2 pups getting washed

I used to bring my dog here all the time when I lived in hermosa 3 yrs ago but I had to stop because I moved to Santa Monica.
Thankfully I am moving back to the South Bay and I brought Lexy here yesterday. The lady at the register actually remembered me and my dog! Talk about making a customer feel at home! I also checked in on Unilocal to get a free bone marrow treat and my dog loved it!!!
We got to the place at 520pm on a Sunday. They were already closing up and cleaning the stalls but were nice enough to let me us one anyway. They provide everything you need to get your pooch clean — even have special shampoos and ear cleaners.
It’s conveniently located close to the dog park — so let your dog play and get dirty then come here for some bubbly bath time
