I’m actually pretty surprised by the high rating on these guys. They flaked on me 2 times in one week, then pulled a no show the third time for my car detail. At that point I was beyond pissed at their irresponsible behavior and told them I was going to write this. They apologized profusely and detailed the entire car the next– done in less than an hour? hmmm.
The swirls that were left on my car were super obvious and I had to have it detailed all over again 6 weeks later from another place that did a great job and for less! They charged me $ 174 with a groupon so I guess this speedy swirl jobs real price is $ 300. Horrid. Won’t be going back.

Based off of work alone, I would give 5 stars. However I have 2 problems with this business. 1) it wasn’t opened on time. 2) it was hard to find because it shares a warehouse with another business and there isn’t any posted signs.
With that out of the way, I am completely satisfied with the final results.
I chose Memorial Day weekend to have paint transfer removed from my 2-​month old car. I ran into David with SWS while trying to find other shops that weren’t open or were hard to find. He informed me that his shop was closed for the day, but we made an appointment for 9am on Monday, he gave me an estimate for both time and cost. On Monday, I came to my senses and slept in, so I didn’t arrive until 10am. I had trouble finding the shop, but after calling David, he assured me that I was at the right place and he would be there shortly.
Once he arrived, he again explained the proceeds and how long it should take. He also did a great job entertaining my 15-​month old. When he was done with the car, I was very impressed and ecstatic. I can’t even tell where the damage was.
I would definitely recommend his services. Hopefully, I never need them again, but would not hesitate if I should.

Felt this was a bait and switch. Wasted 3 hours of my time and was told a full detail was on sale for $ 130 so i decided to try it. I have a Tesla 2015 almost new and had a 3 step correction done prior and coating. Took it to these guys and 1 hour later they did one small area and said there are swirls and defects all over the car when the car had no swirls on it. He said the full detail that was discounted from $ 260 to about $ 130 will leave scratches all over the car and that it would cost over 300 for a full detail to remove, remove what? So you will deliver a car fully scratched with swirls on a $ 260 job? The funny thing is the car has no swirls or real scratches.
Don’t trust these guys if you have a high end or luxury car.
People, just read some of the other reviews and judge for yourself and the response from them.
Went to Concours Auto Spa and they were awesome! No issues and I’m sure they would agree after washing that there are no swirls or scratches all over the car.

Two days ago i took my 2005 ford gt to get a full detail. Keep in mind that i have not detailed this car in about 4 or 5 years. So it entered the shop a total complete mess. My car is black but it looks like a dry purple charcoal color when i left it there. After david was kind enough to give me a lift to target he said my car would be ready in an hour and a half or two. So when we arrived to the shop i couldnt stop smiling my car had the same look it had when i first got it. They did an amazing job and i definitely recommend their services.

Let me Start of by saying I own a 2014 Shelby gt500 so I am very picky of who touches my vehicle, I had these guys detail my car after it was sitting in the sun for a couple of months so the paint got really dry and my black leather interior was also losing its original color, David was really welcomed and excited to detail my car, brought my car back to life from the interior to the exterior, I was really amazed so thank you guys I will definitely be coming back again.

Best detail job! David is so nice and honest. He even drive me to ikea while I waited for the car. The work was done in record time. I wish I had some before and after photos to show how great of a job it was. Will definitely use this company again.

**This review is just for customer service (which counts for a lot), NOT for the actual detailing**
I bought the LivingSocial deal after seeing the reviews here. Granted there have been quite a few negative reviews, but it seems like SWS was able to redeem themselves from the complaints. So sure, why not give these guys a try. I was hoping, still am, for at least a timely response but…
First attempt: April 2
— I called to see if there was any availability on the weekends. No answer.
— Called a second time. Voicemail. Left a message.
— Got a call back later on. Weekdays only. Ok, no problem.
Second attempt: May 10
— Called at 8:40 am: Picked up but heading to office so will call me back when he’s there to give me accurate info. Sure, I’d rather get an accurate response on availability than a guess.
— Called at 10:19 am to follow-​up: Guy got pulled away for something and needs to go to the office now. He’ll call me in 10 – 15 minutes. Sure, that’s okay. Things happen.
— Called at 11:29 am: No answer.
— Called at 11:39 am: No answer. Left a voicemail.
— Called at 4:41 pm: No answer since they’re closed.
This experience alone is starting to leave a bad taste. I am sincerely hoping someone can give me a call back in the next day or two for an answer since I need to take time off from work to accommodate for this business’ schedule. I would hate to go back to LivingSocial to ask for a refund.
5:29 pm: I did receive a call back that he left his phone and had a family emergency so I thought it would be fair to take the review down.

This detailing shop left much to be desired.
I made a last minute appointment, which they were gracious to accept, but on the day of the appointment, they were 2 hours late. Every time I texted them, it was the same response, we’re almost there.
Since I had work, I left the car with my mom. She didn’t know to go over the detail, never having done one herself, so when I came home and saw that there was crud still in my cup holder, dirt still on my dashboard, and my headlights still looked foggy, I texted management to say that the work looked incomplete. I even forwarded pictures and to my surprise, instead of apologizing, he blamed my mom saying that she should have told the men about the dirt still on my car. I was amazed as this wasn’t what I imagined would happen, I mean, the dirt was there in plain sight.
Afterwards, he agreed to give me another free detail except that he completely disappeared. No return texts or phone calls. Literally went away like a ghost.

Great attention to detail. Got into all the cracks, crevices. Would’ve like scratches buffed out a bit more but next time I’ll have them focus on it. Solid work. Will be a repeat customer if they can maintain the same quality of work.

Well, here goes: I bought a living social deal a couple months back and attempted to use it today. I wanted to make sure «El Niño» (sarcasm) was over. I called and spoke to Carlos, the manager, on the phone. He absolutely refused to accept the LS deal. Although the fine print reads «20 miles from 90 278,» and I am 16 miles away, he told me driving to my area would be a waste of his day. Fair enough. I understand time is valuable. However, CHANGE THE FINE PRINT, homie. Luckily, LS was very gracious, gave me a refund plus an additional $ 20 credit towards my account. I’m pretty sick and tired of groupon, LS, and lifebooker merchants selling online deals that they cannot possibly book or accommodate. I happily took my business elsewhere.

They do a great job, most helpful company I’ve ever had to deal with. I would recommend them for anyone looking to use their service in the future. My car was a god damn mess piece of shit when I called them, I’m just being honest. I don’t take care of my car. But it got to a point where it was just too filthy, so I had to do something about it. I Googled them and then I saw their reviews and it looked good so I gave them a shot, and oh boy am I not sorry I did. Their service was prompt and delightful, with a touch of elegance. They got to me on time and did the detail on a timely manner. When they were done, the car looked splendid. It was so nice that I was about to go home, but the car looked so good that I slept in it. Totally worth it.

After a couple of months of frustration of scheduling misses, David and his crew completed his promise of a complimentary mini-​detail to compensate for the inconvenience. They were professional efficient, quick, and did a beautiful job on my car! I was able to speak to David about the previous scheduling problems and have a better understanding and appreciation for his business plan and desire for outstanding customer service. His perserverance and hard work is impressive and I will recommend his services to friends.

After my dissatisfaction with my previous experience at SWS, Juan, the owner called me to follow up. He was very willing to give me a complimentary detailing for my car which I appreciated. We set up a time for the detailing, however I had a schedule conflict and was not able to make it. I left a message that day with no returned phone called, however, the missed appointment was my fault so it’s understandable. I think it was great they were willing to come back and detail my car properly. I greatly appreciated their outreach.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE — and people who reviewed below my review seem to have had the same issue (keyword search groupon)
I gave them one star to convey my absolute annoyance and disappointment with their customer service.
I bought a groupon for their most expensive detail. The groupon was not cheap. I followed the directions with regards to setting an appointment. I called and texted. I spoke to the owner on the phone and sent him a confirming email with a text as to the date/​place and time of the appointment. They did not show up at all and did not call.
I called again and explained that I had an appointment that they didn’t show up for. The owner apologized and said he doesn’t know what happened; that they had let someone go last week; and that I should have been called because they cancelled all details for the day based on the weather being so hot, and that he would call me back the same day to reschedule. That was over a week ago, and I have not received a phone call back.
My perception of the situation is that because I already had paid (and not their full price because I bought on groupon) — this business had NO INTEREST in providing me with customer service. Which is unfortunate, because I was looking forward to using my groupon and upgrading to have the «Paint Restoration» done on the exterior. Customer service is key to me, and I will tell anyone who asks NOT to call this place as they will be disappointed.
We (my fiancé and I) have two luxury vehicles, as well as most of our friends drive luxury vehicles in the Southbay. Had this business just performed as they should have, they would have had good regular customers. I use groupons to try places out, and if I like them — I stick with them. This one showed me that they have atrocious customer service that aggravated me.
I have now had to call groupon, and seek a refund, which was frustrating in and of itself.

Quiero agradecer al equipo de sws detaling por el gran servicio que me brindaron adquiri el paquete de full detail y honestamente mi auto estaba ya descuidado me gusto la puntualidad y el trato de todo el equipo muy amables y profesionales. Mire sus maquinas y su equipo y se nota que esta gente si sabe lo que hace. Y se nota en los resultados. El carro quedo muy limpio por dentro. Tenia mucha mugre en los compartimientos pero se la quitaron casi toda. Obvio que nunca se le puede quitar todo cuando el coche no ha sido cuidado regularmente. El exterior ni se diga, quedo muy limpio suavecito al tacto y muy brilloso con la cera que le aplicaron a mi coche. 101% recomendable definitivamente estare en contacto con el equipo en los proximos meses.

Amazing service and very down to earth attitude. I purchased the groupon and scheduled an appointment for a week later. The day before I had to reschedule due to personal issues. They were very understandable and had an opening a couple days later.
The detail took about an hour, and my car was CUH-​LEAN. Shoe scuffs on the door jams that I thought were permanent were gone. They also vacuumed my entire trunk, including where the spare was. Overall, they exceeded my expectations considering I have paid way more for less service from other companies. I would recommend them to anyone.

First off I couldn’t be happier. They showed up at my house ON TIME and didn’t waste a second getting busy. The service was fast and the guys were very professional. My CTS is looking so fresh & polished… its like new. Love it. I’ll definitely be using these guys again.
