Our 12 year old son got his haircut there last week. Worst haircut he has ever gotten! The haircut was so bad even his sideburns were different lengths. We’re taking him to another barber to fix the mess. Poor kid. Thank goodness he’s a handsome young man!

I walked in at 10:45 and went up to the counter there were two stylists working. I got no acknowledgment a few minutes two elderly ladies walked in and they were both greeted. They appeared to be regulars as the two stylist talked about them still no acknowledgment of me. I waited a few more minutes then walked out. Very sad for small business Redondo to treat locals this way.

This place is great for kids hair cuts. The women are super nice. Our stylist Alex is great! She knows how to keep kids calm while cutting their hair. I got my son’s hair cut for only $ 10.95. I’ve been to places in the past that have cost over $ 20 and do just as good of a job.

My family and I have been going to Yen for over a decade. We actually followed her from the previous location when they were known as Cost Cutters. The prices are very reasonable and Yen does a great job with all of our hair! The only reason I gave this salon four stars is because I know I am supposed to be rating the salon, but really, I am only rating Yen– who I would actually rate five stars!
