We practice solely in Family Law, Estate Planning, and the administration of a trust or estate after a loved one has passed away.

In family law our focus is on collaborative family law and mediation. We offer creative ways to handle your divorce without ever going to court, but if necessary we will also represent you in court. We also represent clients dealing with post judgment modifications.

Our office also provides estate planning services. We help our clients plan for the preservation and distribution of their wealth through the use of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, business assignments and other legal documents.

Established in 1996.

I have a family law and trusts and estates practice. The family law practice is focused on collaborative family law and mediation. I always try to work to get a fair settlement for my clients without the expense of going to court. I do estate planning and help with the administration of a trust or estate after someone passes away.
