Luis Martinez is an excellent Process Server. He is very professional, fast, and efficient. Furthermore, if you have any questions or concerns about the «process of serving» or the filing of various documents, Mr. Martinez is an extremely patient listener and will thoroughly answer your questions.
He and I had great difficulty in trying to «serve» the defendant in my case. The defendant skipped town and dodged in and out! I cannot emphasize Mr. Martinez’ patience with this. It took about five weeks and many phone calls before he «served» the defendant at approximately 10:15pm on a Wednesday evening. Yes, 10:15pm in the evening! In short, Mr. Martinez is a process server who will get the job done.
