Specialties
Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is for discerning people of any level, who like to do it right the first time. A proper stretch should feel «eyes rolling back in your head» GOOD! Please allow us to show you the difference. We specialize in stretching based in the newest brain and fascia information available. Ki-Hara employs a specific formula of bodywork (mashing, strength training and length training, all in the same session) to provide an immediate sense of well-being and flexibility. Add Ki-Hara once a month (or daily) to your regular physical fitness routine. NO PAIN, ONLY GAIN in strength and flexibility.
I can work with anyone, but am especially good at «fixing up» old dance injuries, skiing injuries, and helping people with digital rehab. Because surfing is all about folding up into a ball and then unfolding to a standing position, Ki-Hara is especially helpful to surfers.
History
Established in 2015.
I have been a Pilates Instructor for 12 years, but after a while, started wondering why I had never seen a psoas stretch actually fix a psoas muscle. I transitioned into resisted stretching in order to better help people with their pain, and to spread the word about the overstretching epidemic.

Resistance Stretching Trainer
I enjoy figuring out why people’s bodies hurt. After growing up holding the flashlight for my father while he worked on cars, I turned my love of mechanics to biomechanics. My degree in Theater/Communications from USC allows me to easily and melodramatically explain to my clients why their aches and pains «are where they are.» From there, we can address muscle balance and strengthening to resolve flexibility issues.
