I really enjoy this little pub. I’ve been back 2 times in about a week already. I like coming here because the bartender Eric always recommends different food items. It really seems like he knows what is on the menu and he’s just really good and recommending food and drinks. He’s super fast and so kind. The customer service is amazing. You literally can’t get customer service like that anywhere else. Then I saw him cleaning up the whole place by himself. He sends like such a hard worker. Besides the service, his recommendations were spot on. I first got the Delhi dog which was really tasty. And then I got the greek dog which he made sure it came with the really creamy taziki sauce. So good. Definitely recommend this place. Would be nothing without the nice guy behind the bar :)

Extremely delicious food and beer that was worth the the price. I’m glad this place is opened late because I was hungry and craving some good old alcohol. The German vibes to this place was present and I definitely see myself revisiting in the future.

Went in last night for dinner with the kids! Parker ate two Chicago dogs, Jess got a corn dog and grilled cheese and James got a dog with onions. And I ate 100% vegan and it was the bomb! All sides are vegan, potato salad was really good and I loved the spicy flavors in my dog and they pour a nice big glass of wine, loved it.

Whole family went and loved all the food and beer. The only problem we had was deciding because of the large selection. We will certainly go out of our way again and highly recommend it!

As per usual, real meat is the way to go for the optimal flavor mouthgasm. However, they have plenty of options for the strict vegetarian. It is a bit over-priced for me as they use packaged sausages(i would have liked if they had housemade sausages to choose from). Ambience is great & hours even better! Not much is open past 9−10pm, so having an establishment open til 2am is super exhilarating and convenient. The basic set up for ordering is a house suggested combination or you can be bold & try to create your own perfect combo. For non-vegeaters, I recommend the lamb sausage with rosemary aioli, onions & mushrooms. For the vegeaters, I’ll let you know as soon as I find a combo worth sharing(lmk if you create mouthgasm combo. I wanna try!) TLDR; food 4, price 3, ambience&misc 4

Since my review the owner had personally contacted me and sincerely apologized on the way me and my friends were treated by this bartender. This means a lot to me because it shows that they really care about their business and how their customers are being treated. I love supporting small business’ and I’m glad to hear that proper actions are being taken to make sure customers are treated properly. Thank you Kasha for reaching out to me. Thank you for hearing me out and apologizing. I am willing to give this place another try in the future.

Being a vegetarian, I never eat at places like this because there just isn’t any place that has veggie sausage. Well they have 3 different kinds of vegan sausage here! I had the Delhi with potato salad and tried my brothers steak fries with a yummy dipping sauce and everything was very tasty. I didn’t get a picture of the menu but there’s a ton of other sausages. You can build your own sandwich or get a speciality one. I’ll definitely be back!

This place has an amazing selection of sausages, deli like food, and has an amazing patio and indoor area perfect for drinks and brews with your Bratwurst! I highly recommend the chicken sausage selection but I would recommend having them cut the sausage in half. The bread ate the sausage alive and you wouldn’t get to the good good until a couple of bites of bread! Overall a great place for some good choice sausages and brew!

Don’t read this until you wait a half hour. That’s how long we waited for two corn dogs and a buffalo southwest dog. It can’t take that long to make these things. I wasn’t aware this was a farm to table joint, where they ground the cornmeal and made the casings after you order. All sarcasm aside. If the food was good I might be more forthcoming with some stars, but it’s just not good. The bun is a thick slice of bread that is butterflied to make a bun. This seems like it might work, but it doesn’t. The bun is so oily I had to wipe my hands after almost every bite. Also the bread is awkward enough to throw off the flavor. You can get a bite of bread, dog or topping, but you can’t get all three at once. The fries where meh. I would have posted pictures but my phone ran out of battery while I was trying to entertain my kids during the wait.

One of the biggest challenges of going out to eat in Redlands is deciding between a place we already know we love, or trying a place we have not gone to before, running the risk of making future choices even harder. Kluddes Gastropub was new to us when we last visited Redlands, and it will definitely be on our short list of great places to go for food and beer. Our server, Chris, was attentive and friendly and very helpful as we tried to decide which of the many beer they have on tap we wanted with our meal. More importantly, Chris eagerly and accurately described the many selections of sausages Kluddes offers. Of course, there were the«normal» things like hot dogs, bratwursts and the like, but Kluddes also serves up a wide range of sausage which can be found in few other places. While I opted for the Polish Sausage, an old favorite of mine, I could have chosen from a couple dozen other varieties, any of which would probably have been great. Next time, I plan to try the elk sausage because I remember elk as being particularly flavorful last time I ate it many years ago. Chris highly recommended the – believe it or not – Tuna Melt, which was just what my wife was in the mood for. The standard recipe for tuna melt calls for cheese, of course, but this tuna melt featured a pepper jack cheese which made it delicious. Since Kluddes is a gastropub, there are many beer offerings, both bottled and from rotating taps, and Chris’s advice helped us to make selections we were very pleased with. Topping off the good food, great service, and fun atmosphere were prices that fit comfortably int our budget. Together, all of these combine to make a place we look forward to visiting often in the future.

The woman who took our order was beyond nice and helpful. Our food was delicious and I would come back but a word of warning. This place puts the gas in gastropub. If you plan on being trapped in a car, for an extended period of time, with 3 other people who just ate there, roll down the windows in advance.

My friend and I were sitting at the bar and she pointed out that our bartender was standing with one hand down the back of his pants while talking to one of his co-workers. :( This was after we had just finished our order of fries. :X Which were greasy anyway but I was borderline hangry. I liked that they had a vegetarian sausage on the menu and the bartender was nice enough. Unfortunately I will not risk food poisoning and whatever else you get from eating food served from people who stick their hands down their pants. We should have known it was going to be bad due to it being Friday night and the place being practically empty.

Came in on a whim, after seeing it had pretty good Unilocal ratings. It’s a big pic nice like setting, with a small freezer, housing their sausages. They have an alright selection of beer(I enjoyed their honey blond — — no trace of honey flavor but a lot of flower flavor to it. A good summer beer.) We ordered ½ lb of chili cheese fries, which were meh(salty but the chili was ok), a Sonoran hot dog(really good Texas toast with Pico de gallo), and a regular Chicago style dog. Both dogs were good and come with two Itty bitty sides(pasta, German potato salad — yum — or sauerkraut — which, nope). We were still hungry so we ordered a build your own dog. We both got bacon, grilled onion, and aioli sauce, however I chose a menguez lamb sausage this time. Once I got it, I took a bite and realized it was raw. I admit I’m picky with my meat, but the consistency was exactly that of raw ground meat, the one you get at the market. It was chewy, cold, and raw. My boyfriend thought I was exaggerating but called the waitress over. She told us this is how the sausage looks, etc. We squeezed it and blood came out and she said that was the sauce. OK. I still insisted on it being cooked again. She came back to tell me they were grilling it at 10 degrees over what they usually grill their meats at. Once the sausage came back, the color had changed, the inside looked as a cooked as a normal sausage, and no «sauce» squirted out when squeezed. I still dislike the flavor, but I’m 100% sure the first sausage was totally raw. I’d still like to return, as their potato salad was great and their other dogs were also tasty… Just not the menguez.

Went to this great pub for lunch with my family. We loved the large selection of specialty sausages and toppings on the board and it was hard to make a choice. Our waitress, Brittany, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and made several suggestions which we welcomed. I had a brat with rosemary aioli and a side of sauerkraut; others ordered some of the more exotic sausages and sides. We also had a large order of chili cheese fries, which was excellent. All of the sausage orders were accompanied by a side of german potato salad and cole slaw — -very tasty. The craft beer menu was extensive and included many local breweries. We will definitely be back!

This place was pretty awesome, was there for dinner and tried the Duck Tacos — 5 Stars and boyfriend had the Sonora Dog– 5 Stars and shared the chili fries which were also Amaze-balls. Everything was reasonably priced and delivered fast. I held back on the last star in my rating because, although the beers were delicious, they could have been colder. Thats it. I will come back again, and soon as i want to try everything on the menu . I love the support of local breweries.

We would give 3 ½ stars if we could! But our opinion about this place is closer to just 3 stars rather than 4. This place has a wide selection of different types of sausage! Kobe, alligator, veal, bratwurst, etc. They even have vegetarian selections! You can either build your own or choose one of their builds. Each hot dog comes with two different types of German salads, which are vinegar based. We ordered a side of fries too of course! The food all together was pretty good. They have a nice selection of beers. They switch up the beers they have on tap from time to time. The seating is picnic style. There were about 4 long benches, and the option to sit at the bar. I really liked the lady who helped us at the register. She was very knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. Awesome customer service. Would we come back? Yes, but only if we come with friends. Would we recommend? Sure!

Oh my gosh. So good. So much selection in different types of sausage, including a vegan one which my veggie friend said was very good! Ranges from the exotic(alligator!) to the standard favorites. Comes in a bit of a disappointing piece of bread instead of a bun but the sausage was so fab I didn’t even mind. Decent selection of beers, although when I asked if they had any ambers on tap, the very sweet but obviously-not-a-bartender girl offered me a red. No thanks! Haha. Nice location and the seating is actually great to people-watch. Prices are very decent too, especially with the range of free fixin’s. Will definitely be back.

My friends and I have been waiting to try this place out. We stumbled upon it’s soft opening and were welcomed with open arms. The waitresses and waiters were very helpful with suggestions on what dogs to order. The dogs that I’ve tried were: 1. Bahn mi Dog — this is my favorite so far. Although the bun is not a traditional hotdog bun, it’s nicely butter breads adds a nice and soft crunch(but it is hard to keep the whole hot together). The dog is very sweet, and the vegetables are nice and crunchy. 2. Delhi Dog — this was very messy to eat, but the flavor was good. 3. Chicken Mole — the waitress suggested I try this was the bacon jam, mushrooms and cheese, and it was delicious! The sides that come with it add a little something extra as well. I also got suggestions to try this fruity beer, I think it was grapefruit or something(I’ll update the name once I remember. lol). I will definitely come back to try the other dogs.

If you like hotdogs, you’re going to love this place. They have a full array of what I’m calling hot dogs, but are really culinary meat delights ground up with spices and herbs and then stuffed inside a casing. They do such sausages as alligator, buffalo, ostrich, wild boar, and rabbit. My favorite one that I’ve tried so far is the Banh Mi Dog, which features a Vietnamese style sausage inside a toasted bun with Vietnamese radish, carrot and cilantro. Awesome. But if you want, they’ll make you a corn dog or a grilled cheese sandwich. The beer selection is pretty good, but it’s not the huge selection of German beers that the name of the restaurant invokes. The even have Coors Light for crying out loud. But what did impress me was that they had a sour beer on tap. The décor is a bit cold with all the concrete and tile. My friend said it looks like a deli married a bar. They have the bar or picnic type tables for larger groups. The big screen TVs are great for watching a game. The outside area is great for bringing your dog with you. But not bad for turning a reptile shop into a cool place to hang out. No offense to reptile shops.

Hey, this is a soft opening for the newest place in Redlands. They had great sausages Knackwurst and Merguez were tasty and fresh toppings great. They had some great Belgian beers and many others. We are in training for a trip so we did Belgian. Fries were tasty but not awesome. Service was a little scattered but as expected for a soft opening. All the staff and owner/manager reps were really friendly and working hard to get into the groove. We appreciated the bar and communal seating and will be back. Check the photos for menu and the great flavors.
