The process is proven to work and has made me the top selling agent with my office for 2013 and 2014. I like to walk my first time buyers through the home buying process and understand that they need extra attention and guidance. I have helped out many owners in distressed situations by completing short sales for them, and have gotten them thousands of dollars back at closing in government and bank monetary incentives. I have purchased bank owned properties for investors and have assisted them in renovating and reselling them for big profits. But I have also guided many investors in purchasing homes to fix up and rent for positive cash flow and long term equity appreciation.
