History

Established in 2007.

Years ago, when my wife and I bought our first home, I recall quite vividly how stressful the whole process was. The contracts, legalities and negotiations seemed so confusing and for a short time I lost touch with what we were doing in the first place — settling into a home for our family.

It was that experience, and a few more soon thereafter, that prompted us to go into real estate to help others both understand and enjoy the process more, knowing that the stressful parts of the transaction would be handled well.

My goal is to help you be well informed throughout the process so that you can make informed decisions and focus more directly on the needs of your family.

Yelp: I hear you have been in public service in different capacities. Tell us about that.

John C.: Yes, I have a long history of public service. I served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. I also served as a Paid-​Call Firefighter and a Paramedic and have volunteered with local police and sheriff’s organizations.

Yelp: How does that transition into your real estate business?

John C.: I have made it my personal mission to learn how to represent my clients with a high degree of professionalism and a thorough knowledge of real estate contracts, negotiation, transaction management and property marketing. Quite simply, no matter what I do, serving and protecting others plays a significant role in who I am and I take great pride in doing so with honor and integrity.

Yelp: What is your favorite part of being a Realtor?

John C.: The negotiations! Most people don’t realize how much goes on behind the scenes to guide a transaction to favor and protect them as clients.
