Sabrina knows exactly what she is doing. She is a true professional and as a first time home buyer I feel like I hit the jackpot finding her. I have heard horror stories about lending falling through or moving slowly: she helped me close early and walked me through every step in the process. I met with some lenders before her and had experiences where people talked down to me as I am younger single woman and treated me as if I should have a man there to help me. When I walked into her office that was not the case at all. She talked to me as though I was an educated, intelligent person and it was clear she was an expert in her field that was there to guide me rather than treat me as another faceless account. She was always available to make time for my questions, quell my anxieties and generally support me through this process. She knew many programs I may qualify for and had excellent information and educational resources on all of them. I don’t think I could have had a better group of people supporting and working with me on buying my first home than Sabrina and PrimeLending. Her dedication has made a world of difference in my experience with this process. She will be my first choice when buying another home or looking to refinance; I won’t need to look anywhere else. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home without a second thought and trust she would take great care of them while doing a prompt and excellent job.
