Early clients were served at a leading hair removal salon, Caddell’s laser hair and electrolysis business in Bellevue (Seattle) WA, before opening an independent business in Seattle. Felice has over 20 years of electrolysis experience to **Permanently** remove ALL types of hair and hair colors for most body areas. Now serving clients in Redding CA!
