When Creating Pure FIT Studio, I took the three things that I enjoy the most; working out, being around nature and the peace of a spa. I wanted to create a unique escape that will redefine the way you feel about working out & living a healthy lifestyle.

I have been a client of Pure Fit and Catarina for 3 years. The classes at Pure Fit are designed to maximize your workout with the proper focus on safety and form. Catarina pushes you hard to meet your goals but you always feel great walking out. Every class is different with new exercises and variety. Pure Fit also offers spin and boxing classes which are a great change of pace. Catarina genuinely cares for her clients and will help with nutrition, personal goals and motivation.

Excellent studio! The instructors are all So motivating and friendly. They take the time to get to know you (and all your injuries) and make your goals a reality! The classes are fun but challenge you at the same time. As an added bonus they offer massage as well. I had the stress fix massage and it was awesome! They help the mind body and soul, what more could you ask for!
