Our family has owned and operated Pro Foundation Technology since 1978 providing Missouri and NE Kansas the best solutions to fix their problems. When a foundation repair is made that foundation then becomes my foundation because we give an extended warranty and in many cases a lifetime warranty. I always remind people, foundations do not fix themselves, so give us a call.

I have known Dennis Morgan for 15 years and have known of him for an additional 5 years. I have recommended Pro Foundation Technology to many of my friends and acquaintances. I have always received positive feedback concerning the work that was done. Dennis is one of the most honest men that I know, and on many occasions has recommended to the homeowner an alternative method of solving their problem when he could have easily sold them his product. He looks out for the homeowner and if Pro Foundations services are needed they will do the work properly.

I have known the owners of Pro Foundation for 13 years. I recently had some water leaking into my basement. Of course, I called Pro Foundation Technology and they sent out their Supervisor. He quickly analyzed where the water was coming into my basement and fixed the problem once and for all. We’ve had numerous, heavy rains and NO MORE WATER LEAKS! Pro Foundation Technology are truly professionals in their industry and I would highly recommend them to any homeowner with foundation problems or a leaky basement. TRUSTWORTHY FOLKS!

This company was referred to me in August of 2013. I contacted them the next month for an estimate for leveling a driveway in South Kansas City. I was met at the property by a gentleman named «Ron».
Here is my problem with Pro Foundation:
They sent out the same «salesman» from (6) months previous. He told me (then) that he had an estimate for me, and mentioned no prohibition of the job, the job site, etc. Although he had to call me back TWICE for my email address, I still did not get the estimate. When I asked around this year for a company that does this kind of work, even other companies referred me back to PFT. Apparently they specialize in this kind of project. Ok, fair enough. I called them back last week, and a new appointment was set up for 8:30 — 9:00 this morning.” Ron” called me at 8:20, asking if he had the correct address, and that he had knocked on the door of the correct house, «and some old lady» told him that
she «didn’t know anything about it.» The «old lady» is my mother, also known as the paying client. Once he realized that he had committed an indiscretion with his comment, he (very noticeably) back tracked and said: «We can’t do this job. The street is too busy for the big truck.» No mention was made 6 months previous of the street creating undo restriction, etc.
I am glad for this company that they have garnered the reputation that they have. It is a reputation that can’t possibly have anything to do with the public relations skills of «Ron».
Suggestion: Request ANYONE other than this boorish clod when asking for an estimate.
As of a day after a request for management to return a call, I have not been contacted by any representative of this company. I stated clearly to the receptionist that took my call, that I needed to discuss a problem with an employee, and was assured that someone would «be back with you (me), today.». If I should ever be contacted by this company, I will make an update, in an effort to be fair in my assessment.
