I recently had problems with my breaker box and called Tom to fix it. I have used him many times over the years and have always been pleased. He takes the time to explain what is going on and then proceeds to take care of it. No fuss, great service.

I would give this ‘company’ zero stars if possible. I say ‘company’ as the man, Tom runs it out of his house and his wife answers the phone with just a ‘hello’, no company greeting. My first indication it wasn’t a company ran professionally. I ignored my gut and had the man come look at the job we wanted done on our house. Nothing was scheduled but I did express desire to hire him to do the job even though his hourly rate was higher than every other ‘company’, I had spoken with who happened to be busy with work. My entire family got very sick and then Thanksgiving came. We played phone tag (1 call each (Once my child was back in school on the Wednesday after Thanksgiving I called him to schedule a day/​time since one had not been yet scheduled. He proceeded to tell me that he was no longer interested and he would just have to say he was busy. This was even after I told him how sick we all were (I could have proved it with doctors notes and ER visit paperwork) So this man who claims to have run a successful ‘company’, for 32 years acted the most unprofessional I have ever seen. His behavior might explain why he was the only local electrician who wasn’t busy with work and could do the job. I would avoid this man and his make shift company at all costs.
