Balance Point Heating & Cooling was established by Kate & Justin Zeysing in September 2011. Justin Zeysing, Vice President and General Manager is a third generation HVAC professional. Family-​owned and operated, the company also employs Justin’s parents Glen Zeysing and Cindy Myers who bring with them over 25 years of experience in the industry. Balance Point Heating & Cooling is dedicated to providing honest, reliable and high quality service to its customers, whether they are single family residential homeowners, property managers or general contractors.

Manager

Justin Zeysing, Vice President and Operations Manager of Balance Point is a third generation HVAC professional. He holds a Master Mechanical License in Johnson & Wyandotte County, KS and the City of Kansas City, MO. His tenure in the industry has been with two major HVAC companies in the Kansas City area, both strong in the residential and commercial marketplace. Justin is committed to Balance Polint Heating & Cooling’s mission to provide honest, reliable service to its customers whether they are family residences or large commercial buildings.
