X L Storage

Found this place looking for a location to park our Summitridge church’s 35 ft. truck. We found the need to park it somewhere, as the previous location was no longer available. Thanks be to God for directing us here. An exceptionally clean storage area, very secure and easily accessible. The people in charge of the facility are super friendly, competent, with the customer’s needs their priority.
.We use our truck every Sunday which requires easy access early on a Sunday morning and XL hours of operation accommodates our needs.
Safety, security, and friendliness, with reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

I love that there’s a place so close to home that is relatively inexpensive. It’s very clean and closely monitored. Really feel safe leaving our trailer there.

We stored our boat in the valet area and were very happy with the facility and the service. Even when we had one small issue, they handled it with professionalism and the customer service that many businesses are lacking these days. I would definitly recommend them to anyone, and will use their facility again when we have the need.

I have been here for approximately 7 months and this is by far the best place to store anything! I currently have a 30′ toy hauler stored at XL. Connie who works the office is great and the on site owner Bud is a really nice gentleman. This place is always clean and the free dump station is convenient. I also saved a rental fee by borrowing their dolly for moving. It’s all the little extras that count in a friendly business. I highly recommend this place. Gary in space 156.

I have to be honest here, the storage facility was clean, the staff was courteous and i had no issues while storing my Boat in the indoor valet. However, after i vacated (giving the 30 day notice as requested) I asked for my security deposit back and at that time they assured me that I would have it within two weeks. It has been six weeks now and I still have not received my deposit back. After contacting the office there and asking them when I would receive my deposit, they gave me the run around about «the owners being out of town» and «you should have it any day». If the intention is to not give back the deposit, then they should have asked for a non-​refundable deposit!!! I paid on time every month and all I am expecting from any ‘legitimate’ business is the same courtesy…
I would not do business with XL Storage again

Excellent storage facility. Very secure, clean and centrally located to the 10 and 210 freeways. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend this place all day long.

I’m so glad XL Storage is open right here in Rancho. We just moved our toy hauler & boat over to the new facility. They have definitely been able to accommodate us & it’s so close to home. We have our toy hauler in the outside lot & our boat in the VIP indoor warehouse storage for weather purposes.
The grounds are gated, super clean, well lit & they have cameras all over the place. I totally feel comfortable leaving my family toys over there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs storage… Give them a call or go take a tour that is what we did, it’s very cool!
