Mr. Wilson’s Clean Windows

I had Mr. Wilson’s window washing come out and chose them based on the reviews on Unilocal.Let me start by saying that Travis and Lance are very nice guys. They were prompt and courteous! My complaint is that when they replaced my screens after cleaning them, they were put back in crooked and not securely (they are popping out) and put holes in several of my screens. Also my slider screen has not been the same since they removed it and did not do a great job of cleaning that one. I did not call them back to correct the problem because the issue can’t be corrected by them. I now have to call a screen replacement person to repair and /​or replace my screens and frames. So, I would not recommend them and will not use them again the future. On a positive note, they were quite reasonable and again very nice guys.

First time using Mr. Wilson’s Clean Window. Very happy with the service. Travis showed up by himself and start cleaning while Lance was finishing up another job and joined him shortly. They did a great job. They were polite and professional. The next morning I notice a hole on one of my screens, that was not there before. I called Lance and told him about the hole on the screen. No questions ask. He came out the next day and repaired the screen. I would definitely use them again.

PRO’s: Great sparkling windows, well done screen repair, compensated with additional 10% off for being 2.5hrs late, very polite.
CON’s: Very late for appt due to relative borrowing work truck that am. Given estimate of 3.5−4 hours job. 30 window 2 story with only one person. When I inquired if he would be cleaning by himself he said yes but that he had a high tech washer to reach upper windows that did not require him to get up and down on the ladder. I assumed this would mean he would be close to the time table we had discussed. Ended up having to leave after 4 hours the first day because he has a 2^nd job to get to and returned the 2^nd day for 3 – 3.5 hours. Twice the amount of time! I had to rearrange my schedule both days due to the amount of time it took. If I had know that one person had been coming from the get go I would have never booked. And yes, my windows had not be cleaned in a couple of years and had some water spots that he was able to remove. I however did not have this kind of time.

Another hiring of Mr. Wilsons window Cleaning. Once again did not disappoint. Third visit now. And will call in another 6 months.
Courteous, efficient, check and recheck their work. These guys aren’t worth just a fee for service but in our eyes, Gratuity is much deserved.

Horrible! They are a ripe off and NOT on time!!! They come when they want and need some basic etiquette!!! Dirty with horrible service!!! Do not call them! No etiquette, no time conscious!!!

A 5 star review is well deserved. Lance & Travis are extremely professional & hard working. My windows hadn’t been properly cleaned in 5 years — yikes! These guys really had their work cut out for them… They carefully removed all the screens upstairs & downstairs & thoroughly cleaned them before moving onto the actual window cleaning. Even though they were outside working hard in the hot SoCal sun, these guys stayed so polite & pleasant the entire time they were at my house. They left my windows sparkling like new. I’m definitely calling them again in 6 months! Thank you Lance & Travis!

I needed my home’s windows cleaned as there are just too many high windows to do them myself. Mr. Wilson’s quoted a reasonable price for inside and outside cleaning. The young men, Lance and Travis, showed up on time and were polite, professional and thorough. They spent a solid 4 hours getting the job done. My windows never looked better.

We have used them twice now and they have done a great job each time. They are thorough, hard working and professional young men who take pride in their work (rare these days)! We like them so much that we have them coming quarterly now.

Looking through Unilocal to find a window cleaning service I came across Mr Wilsons.
Reading about them I realized that they were not only local & convenient but they were a small Company that just started earlier this year.
I really enjoy dealing with small companies, it’s just a whole lot easier & don’t have the huge overhead that I would end up paying for.
Using Mr Wilsons turned out to be a great choice.
Very honest, no hidden agenda’s. Just what we were looking for. Prompt, Courteous, Friendly, Professional and must of all safe. I couldn’t stick around while they were here. Left my wife here by herself with the three boys. Absolutely no issues. If you are looking for someone to do your windows and not take you for a ride I would look to Mr Wilsons. Will certainly use these boys again.
