I needed a fill and basic pedi. This place was relatively empty (should have been my first clue), so I decided to give it a try. They rushed me to a pedi chair, she did an ok job, although their nail polishes are non-​brand cheap, something called China Glaze (should have been my second clue). The person who did my fill did a terrible job. My nails ended up crooked with a horrid nail polish job, uneven, bubbling up, and bulky. TERRIBLE! I should have read the Unilocal reviews before I went into this place. All the reviews telling people to save your money and stay away from this place are TRUE!!! The menu says $ 16 for a basic fill, she charged me $ 18, so I paid it, but I did not tip them because I was not satisfied with the horrible job and the fact that they charge whatever price they want regardless of the set menu price. When I turned around to leave, she of course said something in Vietnamese to her coworkers, I’m pretty sure talking bad about me, but a tip is a reflection of the type of service you provide and she wasn’t going to get a cent from me, in fact they should pay me to go back to this Awful place with no air conditioning in 100 degree heat. Also, the $ 15 gel polish they advertise outside their shop is a big fat LIE, dont fall for it, you end up paying $ 25.

I’ve come here before and a really nice older last did an amazing job, however, this time I had Ken do my nails and it was a complete disaster! He hardly cleaned my nails, rushed through the paint job, and didn’t clean up the polish after. There was a line out the door so he was trying to finish as quickly as possible. Sadly I didn’t get the usual massage that usually comes with a mani either. What’s worse is it’s a gel manicure so it’s even harder to take off! Needless to say I will never be back. If you do come here, avoid Ken at all costs…

So disappointed, I went to get gel nails today. The ad in front of business said $ 15.00. My boss referred me there and said it was $ 15.00. As I checked out at front desk the man charged me $ 25. 00. I mentioned the ad states $ 15 but he said that’s a different service. How do we know the difference? I asked for gel nail, what did I get??? No one can answer that. scam!!!
4÷3÷16. Called them back today and ask what the difference is on gel nail on ad in front of store and what I got. He said I got a gel nail manicure Lol. He said it’s my fault that I don’t know the price, there is no menu of prices handed u so when u ask for gel nail they interpret to their liking and charge u for it. Take advantage of language barrier, and blame the customer for not being informed by them. It’s laughable.

False advertisement! Sign says $ 15.99 for gel but that is not the case, you have to pay $ 10 extra for the manicure. I do not suggest this place. My gel manicure was not done that well either. I normally don’t like to write reviews but I was very disappointed with this place.

I came here before reading the reviews. I love it! The place is super clean and very comfortable. The spa chairs are heavenly and I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life from Irene! She is absoloutley amazing. (TMI factor: I get ingrown toenails sometimes on my big toes and Irene removed them effortlessly and without causing me any pain, which no one has ever been able to do) Toes look cute too. Thanks for the amazing pedicure! I’ll be back.

Horriblr job! Terrible customer service! Don’t come here even if it is convenient!
I got a gel job that was very bad, colors didn’t match and they kept talking in a different language in a rude way! I realized it was moaning about not wanting to work after a while.
My nails broke and chipped a couple of days later, their customer service is bad and their service itself and nail job is very bad! No wonder why they were empty in a lunch hour where everyone gets their nails done!

This was my 1^st experience I went there because it’s by my work but I soooo regret it let me start by saying the guy was rushing the whole time, then I needed a nail fixed and when I told him it looked different he said when he uses the drill it will get better never did! I also got gel and he did a horrible job painting them he didn’t put enough coats the shape are so ugly! I’m all around disappointed which sucks cuz it would have been very convenient! Don’t go here they do not do a good job!
It’s a week later and they lifted so bad and started to peel the next day this place sucks!

First timer to this location. I enjoyed my nail lady as she was very detailed and precise in giving me a pedicure. She was super nice and understood that I have dancer’s feet lol.
I got the glamour pedicure which includes callus care, massage, hot oil wrap. $ 25 not bad!
They do charge $ 1 extra for using a card to pay. I think that is bologna since businesses are not allowed to do this anymore but what can I do.
I only give ⁴⁄₅ because it was ridiculously hot inside! It was uncomfortable as it was a very humid day and they just had fans blowing.

Went for my first time and will never go back. Terrible customer service, laughing and messing around on phones. and my nails look terrible.

I have been here 4 times now & received excellent service. I usually get My & she is the best! She doesn’t rush & she pays attention to detail right down to every ingrown. It’s peaceful with the music & water fountain outside. And my pedicures last longer than other places.

This place does such a crap job! Don’t ever go here! I have nail polish all over the sides of my nails and she wouldn’t redo them. My nails are all jagged. They won’t give you a refund either. Please don’t go there! They are so rude and would rather lose a customer over 17 $. Greedy people

My friend and I came here on Friday and they were extremely busy! My friend was able to sit and start her pedi while I waited to get served in the waiting area, for my gel manicure (I didn’t mind). 25 minutes passed and I finally sat at the station… The lady that was «supposed» to be there never assisted me. Meanwhile, my friend already finished and the lady that was doing her nails moved on to someone else. Worse customer service ever! I excused the long wait because of how busy they were. But to have me sit there doing nothing is inexcusable. No one talked to me… No one assisted me! After 15 minutes of frustration, I finally got up and walked out! The manager finally talked to me and said «the lady is coming»… I told her it wasn’t worth it. Why have me sit at a station when the lady wasn’t there? Or why couldn’t you provide me with an update, a simple «we will be right with you» would be more than enough. If I could, I would give them zero stars for their lack of service. Don’t waste your time or money.

So it was pretty busy when I got here so my fiancé and I sat and waited when the rush ended someone came and started my pedicure. My fiancé continued to wait and although people were finished and leaving all the other girls kept disappearing. The lady working on me was asking people to help however they just gave her a dirty look and ignored her. When the key finished with me no one had even talked to my fiancé in the chair right next to me. My lady told me I needed to go sit in the waiting room chair I asked if I could stay in this one until my fiancé finished up. She said no and was very rude as was the manager of the shop. They finally started on her and I am now sitting in an uncomfortable chair waiting. What horrible customer service. I have only one tip for this salon and its not green.

Just got a gel manicure it was very well done price is $ 25 not $ 15.99 as seen on the sign from the parking lot says. That price is just for gel color, no cut down or cuticle removal

I’ve always had good experiences here. Kim usually does my nails and she’s awesome. She tells you like it is, offers her opinions and advice appropriately, and is flat out fun to work with. The last time I was there, they sang Happy Birthday to a little girl who was getting her nails done for the first time. Everyone is so amiable. Would absolutely recommend.

Don’t waste your money going there. I got gel nails and by day two the gel was peeling off.

so i had an appointment with my sister to get acrylics nails. the end result… disappointed doesn’t even cut it. im extremely upset with the way my nails turned out. im surprised that someone that makes a career out of doing nails can do such a bad job.
so many things were done unprofessionally.
like clipping my nails and leaving them jagged and uneven before glueing on the fake nails, not even bothering to file them. i let it slide though because i thought, «whatever, no big deal its not like anyone can see them»
then while we were deciding the length of my nails, i asked her to cut the fake nails a little shorter, and she made a big fuss like «HUH? AGAIN?» jokingly but you knew she meant it. Mind you we haven’t even put on the acrylics yet and it was only a second time. All she had to do was get scissors and cut them across. very basic stuff. imagine if you were at a restaurant and asked for an extra napkin and the server was like, MORE?! when you only had one to begin with!
anyways i had pictures of what i exactly wanted, very basic oval shaped, all white nails and a triangle design on my finger. how they came out was a disaster! it look like i had fat sausage nails! which i mention in a nice way that i didnt want. the paint was dripping to my cuticle and all over my skin which she didnt even bother to clean up! she did a terrible job on buffing the acrylic so basically u can see where my real nail was, and where the acrylic begin. it looked like i had the nails for a week. and that was how she was gonna let me leave. im very soft spoken so i didnt have the nerve to speak up, luckily my sister did. when my sister asked her to fix it, she made up all these dumb excuses and didnt even do anything to fix them besides cleaning the paint off my skin… like really? they werent even busy or anything, and we had an appointment. we left right after and went to a different place to get them fix. I’m not even begin on what they did to my sisters nails, but once again very terrible job. Honestly if I just saw an once of effort, I wouldn’t be mad. But they simply don’t care there. They just want ur money and for u to be gone as soon as possible.

This place takes the cake for bad service! Went in with an appointment on a Friday afternoon for a gel mani/​pedi. I was seated right away, they were not busy had about 4 clients already being helped. The service was very rushed I had both males for my mani and pedi one was super senior citizen he actually cut me while removing my cuticle and also had such shaky hands that he painted all over my toes and later took a brush with acetone and removed most of it, not to mention my cut was burning like no other. Needless to say my mani and pedi both came out looking very amateur.
My gel mani is very uneven and streaky I still have polish on my skin. I could have done so much better myself! I purchased the Classic Pedi $ 15 added callus remover $ 5 and gel manicure was $ 20. Such a waste of money will never go back again!
